Sheraton Qingdao Jiaozhou Hotel

A good hotel, super clean and with very good attention from the staff despite the limitation that not all employees speak English. The breakfasts were very good. Recommended.

The front desk staffs were helpful and sent my bag to the room. I was confused on how to locate the light switch for the bathroom. Guests are allowed to smoke in the public area, so I ordered my dinner to eat in the room. Breakfast buffet was not good! I had the worst orange juice ever. It looks like pineapple juice but taste like from juice powder mix.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. I dined int he restaurant and it was excellent, a great buffet with nice friendly staff and fabulous selection of tasty food.

The staff were excellent. Clean and comfy rooms. Transportation was accesible. Fast registration and most important to me the front desk person spike English.

This is an excellent, clean, very spacious hotel near the new airport that's being built. Its 50km from the existing airport, and unless yr staying here for business nearby or one of the many Meetings/Incentive/Convention/Exhibitions they host, its a LONG way (allow an hour to the brewery at RMB 200 by taxi) into town. The food, especially in the Chinese restaurant and the breakfast in Feast, the lobby lounge are superb with a very wide selection. Both are strongly recommended. My only comment would be that very few (and almost none of the junior) staff spoke English (and equally, no, I don't speak their mother tongue), which I'd expect in an international hotel. ALL the staff (wait staff, concierges, reception and so on) have a translation app on their phones, so communication is not that difficult, but my (yes, foreign, monolingual) view is that the translation app is a DIS-incentive for the staff to learn English (or French, Spanish, Russian whatever). That said, the staff were all without exception, pleasant, smiling, couldn't have tried harder and came over as very eager to please, and trying hard to be as professional as possible.

AN EXCELLENT HOTEL WITH JIAZHOU TRAIN STATION IN FRONT OF LOBBY.VERY.CONVENIENT FOR.BUSINESS TRIPS

Hotel was good, food was great, being English it was a little difficult to communicate (I found myself having to ask for an English speaker quite a lot) however that is being a little picky considering I was in China. Also being English I found it difficult to stomach the constant coughing up of phlegm and spitting it into the strategically placed rose petal and water filled bowls throughout the hotel. I guess most of the guests here would be Chinese and used to it!

Great hotel, but was far from the airport (about 45 minute taxi ride - $20 USD). The room was very luxurious and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety.

the best hotel in the area, a good option to avoid travel and stay closer to my factory. One lady at the front desk went beyond the call of duty & was Very Helpful to get a plane ticket for me - her name was "Cherry" - awesome! the air conditioning seems to not be very controllable in the room, ie: you can't get the room really cool - but the curtains kept the room dark. The GM takes care and seems to work 24 hr's a day! Overall, a good experience

great effort in general, only thing I can suggest/comment for improvement is the phone service at front desk could use improvement - more than once, I got feedback that "a manager will call you back" English speaking at front desk/operator level could improve

Stay here lots in the past year. Best hotel in the area. Buffet is good with lots of choices. If you get bored of the food there are lots of options close by including a western style mall about 5 minute walk away.
