Nice hotel with great service. The breakfast has decent food choices. I had a misunderstanding which was my fault but the front desk handled it professionally. Will definitely come back if we visit Xi’an again.

Spacious two-bedroom apartment with all amenities, including washer and dryer, that made our stay feel like being at home.
Breakfast was included and had great assortment of Chinese and American options.
Most remarkable was the service provided AFTER we left the hotel and returned to the US. The staff not only located a bag I had left behind, containing my China purchases, but also helped facilitate my shipment of the items back to my home in the US.
