Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price
The only thing resembling a 5-star hotel at this property is the price tag on its in-room dining menu (e.g., €5.50 for a glass of milk). Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell far below expectations.
Poor Housekeeping:
Housekeeping was disappointing – towels we had left on the floor to be replaced were simply picked up and hung back for us to reuse.
Inconsistent Billing:
We ordered the same meal for our kids (two pastas) every day, yet received a different bill each time. This kind of inconsistency makes it clear that the hotel hasn’t upgraded its operational systems.
Breakfast Chaos:
The lines just to enter the breakfast area on some days were ridiculous. When we raised our concerns, we were told that someone had called in sick, which is why they couldn’t manage the crowd.
Facilities:
The spa and workout area were more stressful than relaxing.
The only highlight of our stay was the kind and attentive room service waiter, whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch and the receptionist at check out who tried to make up for our experience.
Overall I was expecting more from this hotel.
