This hotel is fantastic. Cleanliness is the key, friendly staff service is amazing , THE BED IS THE MOST COMFORTABLE I ever had in this long trip . The 24 hours hotel restaurant, the such icon location for everything, pub, shopping , taxi ; we had great staying there for few nights but completely unforgettable. A real 5 star hotel . Much better than we had at Hixxxx hotel .

Always huge rooms. Super convenient location, love it is next to a mall and a great coffee shop. some of the light switches don't always work to turn off, so i had to unscrew the bulbs when i went to sleep and some didn't come on like the one in the bathroom, but minor issues.

This is hotel is located right in the middle of the business district, minutes away from the conference and convention centre, metro station and very accessible to many shopping malls (hence F&B). There is even a 24hr family mart just across the main entrance. The building serves as an office as well as a hotel, so there is a ground floor concierge counter while the main reception and hotel lobby is on level 26. The hotel occupies level 26 and above, hence all rooms will come with a view. You may even get to enjoy the light show of the CBD buildings from your window if it faces the city. The hotel staff were friendly and will try their best to accommodate to your needs. The room I stayed in for 4 nights was clean and comfortable. It even has a pillow menu for you to choose your favourite pillow. What I love was the bathtub with a small TV in the toilet! You will need WeChat to connect to their Wifi, but just ask the front desk to sort it out for you upon check in. Overall, I will highly recommend this hotel.

I reserved a room for 1 night with breakfast. The staff have been really nice to try to justify that no mini bar in the room, no breakfast in the hotel but 1 voucher for the partner cafè store outside. Unbelievable expensive cost for this type of offer. WiFi didn't work and no battery in the balance. Position is good, in Centre area, walking distance to subway and MTR, Clean enough for stop and start, but be careful about the cost. tooooo expensive.

It is my second time in this hotel and the reason of choosing again is due to the location. The hotel is in general very good except the fact that you need effort to find someone to communicate in English. The best person to communicate in English was the busboy that he could be utilize to another position. The wifi needs to be upgraded a little bit since it was slow.

Overall is ok! Just wonder the air cons is not good enough in summer time! Especially it doesn’t have mode for chose in room! So far the temperature is too warm in the room I stayed. Even it was a rainy day. Also the breakfast buffet has lots of choices, but quality is so so! Feeling the quality more local than international breakfast

Despite all the not so good reviews online, I actually felt that my stay was great! Nice big room, comfortable bed that came with a pillow menu. Big wet and dry toilet with a superb bathtub with a small TV right in front! It’s within the main business district so it’s very quiet during the weekends. But there are many malls around the area so there are a wide variety of f&b to choose from. There is a 24hr family mart right across the hotel. Also a 24hr mala still in the mall right next to the hotel.
