Food and service were outstanding. The staff is friendly and very helpful ( and we do not speak Spanish) and the food is exceptional.

Beautiful property with nice design and food. Service could improve to make it a stand out but overall everyone was very friendly and attentive. The Spa is worth visiting. Excellent treatments, staff and stunning location

The best decision was spending a couple night here! What an amazing experience in the grand master habitat… Cedro was our room and it exceeded our expectations. The walls all slide back and having a private pool and hot tub was perfect for our romantic stay!

Great place to relax and unwind. The staff is excellent, very kind and helpful. The food at the restaurant is delicious. Breakfast is so filling with plenty of options to choose from. The rooms are spectacular, the views are amazing and the outdoor jacuzzi was the cherry on the top. We highly recommend it!

The only thing I’d comment on is the food, it is was too salty and not a lot of options.

Nice views, excellent service

Extremely serene. Staff, room and food was perfect. It’s not close to anything so you have to factor in taxi costs to go anywhere.

This hotel offers amazing views at every turn. The staff were all very friendly and the offered excursions are not to be missed. The on site restaurant and bar has delicious food and drinks. If you are thinking about booking this hotel don’t hesitate.

Amazing experience

Very unique beautiful setting. Very private rooms. Power was out a few times and the internet did not work in the room at all

Simply perfect

Pros: Safe. Helpful staff. Excellent spa and massage treatments. Cons: Extremely humid conditions. Bed sheets were wet just from normal use, windows always fogged up, floors wet. This is easily the most humid place I've ever stayed. Limited menu with food we really didn't enjoy. The only alcohol in the bar was beer or whiskey. And lastly the property is a very steep hill. Be prepared for walking up or down on almost a 45 degree angle to go anywhere. Enjoyed but not recommended due to humidity and food. The amazing massages saved the rating though.

I like the service

Stayed here with my partner and a few friends and we loved it! If you’re looking for a nice getaway, don’t even think twice. The beds were super comfortable, the food was amazing, and the staff was super nice! Also close location to neighboring towns that are a must see.

The pictures hardly do it justice, and the pictures are fantastic! We stayed in the grandmaster suite, one of the aviary master suites, and another master suite with a hot tub. All were incredible. For a couple, I would recommend the master suites with a Jacuzzi. We spent one night in a suite with a jacuzzi and private pool, but it was during rainy season and the weather was too cool to relay take advantage of the pool. All of the views are incredible, though different. We saw a number of species of birds, usually at the edge of our windows. The grounds, vegetation and flowers are amazing! The spa is stunning and peaceful. The daily yoga is led by excellent instructors who can put together a challenging practice for experienced yogis and explain the basics for beginners. The nature walk is a great, challenging way to spend an hour or so. We did not leave the property during our four day stay and were quite content. Some older reviews comment on the staff and the internet service. In May2024, the staff was warm, friendly, and inviting. We had no issues with the internet.
