Property was in a great location and right off the beach. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only thing just wish the english was a little better but other than that the room, the building, and staff was excellent. Would highly recommend and stay here again

We stayed 3 nights and it was perfect for what we were looking for at the end of our stay in Cartagena. We upgraded to ocean view and it was definitely worth it. We did not use the pool but it looked inviting and wasn't overly busy. Water seemed to be an ongoing issue at all 3 of our hotels including this one with our travel friends having no water one night and us not having hot water another night. We spent our days at the beach. Beach chairs needed to be purchased but were inexpensive at 35000 col pesos for 2 chairs and an umbrella. There were qieter areas and party areasalong the beach but right in front of our hotel was the quiet area. There were MANY vendors tying to sell you things all day so saying 'no gracious' got tiring by the ended of the week but we knew to expect that. There were food/restaurant vendors along the beach during the day and along the main roads at night.

The staff was excellent. The area was convenient and safe. The food at the hotel was better than I expected and the prices were reasonable. The room was fine except problems with the hot water faucet and toilet handle… they were both malfunctioning. Also, the bed sheets were a bit rough.

Front row on beach , and nice space pool. The gym was small and very little equipment. No water served at breakfast. I give it 8/10 for price and location

We have an issue during the check in ,also hotel Dann took money from my credit card one week in advance, o agreed to pay at the property. Before i never had an issues with any hotel booked from the website

The property was nice and the staff and location was great, but i have one very big problem, i think they could of done a better job warning us about the 2 crooks that rent umbrellas and beds right outside there back door. this farther and son team robed us of $1000 for 4 lobsters and 4 red snappers, I'm very sure that this wasn't the first time so please , enjoy the property but be very careful once you step outside of the pool area these 2 guys were very experienced crooks

Always super clean and smells good.
Beautiful hotel and the employees are very friendly and pleasant.
I will definitely be back soon.
For the price they charge at night is a great deal for what you get.

The room (beach view) was beautiful. Unfortunately the building is very outdated. You do not get WiFi in most areas of the bedroom. The AC malfunctions constantly and the TVs are old and do not have most common apps.
The breakfast buffet was a full disappointment. I have stayed at other Dann Hotels and this is by far the worst, despite being one of the most expensive ones. They limit the portions of food and don’t have basic things like orange juice or water at hand. The food was limited in choices and terrible in flavor.
