Hotel Paradise Bay

This Boutique Hotel is super cool! Huge rooms, awesome food and beautiful pool! The only thing that we did not like- was accessible room and shower. Not sure why they gave it to us. But overall the stay was 10/10

Fabulous! My daughter and I stayed here and had a great time! From the moment we walked in we were accommodated with personal and professionalism. The room was beautiful and clean! The pool was clean and with a swim up bar. The highlight was the staff! Can’t say enough! They went above and beyond! From reception, to the manager, cleaning ladies, and most of all restaurant staff! Mario, Eric, Brandon, Charles and chef were all exceptional! Some of the most kindest, delightful, helpful crew I’ve ever experienced. I unfortunately got injured while there (at Manuel Antonio) and Mario and staff jumped in to help in the highest degree. I feel I have made lifelong friends, and will never forget these fine men. The food was also fabulous!! We ate breakfast(included!) and dinner there just about every night. So fresh! Their other off site restaurant is great as well and beachfront! Just down end of road, but they will also shuttle you there.. just know only til 9pm.. All around great experience. The owner has done an exceptional job in renovations and staff selection. A wonderful team. I come from a background in the service industry and family owned businesses!Kudos! Can’t wait to return! 💖💖💖

The rooms are very comfortable. It’s comes with a kitchenette & dishes provided. The beds are firm, but very comfortable. The bathroom has good counter space & the showers are large. I received an excellent massage during my stay. They are still building the spa so the massages are done in your room. I enjoyed the food here as well. They are able to make vegan and vegetarian dishes and they’re very tasty. The Jacuzzi isn’t warm sadly, but the pool and jacuzzi both were a nice touch and has comfortable seating. There’s restaurants, and the beach but it’s a bit of a walk to get to. Also, the parking lot is a little muddy/dirty when it rains so be mindful when arriving during the rainy season.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The food at the hotel restaurant is very good. Unfortunately, the mattress was incredibly firm and caused both my husband and I to have significant neck and lower back pain. The water temperature when showering fluctuates the entire time and goes anywhere from cold to scalding hot.

The hotel rooms are very pleasant, kitchenette a great facility. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food and service in the connected restaurant was lovely. Unfortunately, the pool area is open and hired out to non hotel guests. Our stay was spoilt by the arrival of 20 people, with coolboxes with their own alcohol and music. I was bullied from my sun lounger back to my hotel room. Not an enjoyable experience
