I really enjoyed my 4 nights here, awesome and spacious room, clean bathroom with nice towel. The staffs were very nice, especially Mr. Muamar Khadafi, he’s very helpful and friendly. The foods were also delicious and they gave me what I wanted. Next time when I come back to Belitung, I’ll definitely stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at SwissBel-resort Belitung and overall, I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's location was perfect for those of you looking for a peaceful holiday. The location is quite far from the city, but with one Indomaret in front of the hotel it is more than enough 😁 What truly stood out, however, the room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and complete amenities. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the room's cleanliness throughout my stay. The service provided by the hotel staff was good. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful concierge services, every interaction was friendly. If I have one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast offerings. I found the selection, quality and variety to be somewhat lacking compared to other hotels in the same category. Nevertheless, I would recommend SwissBel-resort Belitung to anyone seeking a comfortable and service-oriented hotel. With a bit of refinement to their breakfast options, I have no doubt this hotel would truly excel.

The room is cute and fits perfectly with the beach atmosphere. The downside is that the porridge during breakfast is not hot. Then there is no beach to play on but you can still lie down in the room and on the big balcony.

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, asked to change rooms, no reason given (in my experience staying in many hotels, they will definitely try to change rooms) The breakfast menu has few choices, food refills take a long time. There is access to the beach, but the beach cannot be used for playing and swimming (dirty) The swimming pool is nice and spacious

The atmosphere here is nice, the lobby directly faces the small islands, Lengkuas Island is also visible. What is unfortunate is the taste of the food menu, I had breakfast omelet filled with chili peppers, the Belitung noodle soup was very sweet, even though I had been informed, but it seems it was not fixed, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is okay.
