El staff del desayuno es pésimo, llegamos a las 9 y media dijeron que llegamos tarde, solo nos dieron 2 opciones de un menú de 6, todo se había agotado excepto el café. El baño debe mejorar pues sale el agua cuando te bañas

Not sound proof rooms: heard people in the hallway and kids crying in their rooms, and the bass from the rooftop bar. They don’t have 4 pools… only 1 hot tub. The had a QR code to order food that didn’t work. Internet went out and was off and on. For the price, I wouldn’t go back.

Had a lovely stay. Got a very nice room and it was nice and cozy, very spacious. There's a mall that's a quick Uber ride away and a couple restaurants within walking distance. I went for a concert at the nearby stadium and I was able to walk back afterwards and avoid being stuck in traffic, so it was super convenient.

Convenient for travelers going elsewhere since Caribe Tours it’s steps way form there but need some work in the bathtubs. Overall it’s like a 8/10 can’t complain.

The rooms are too small.

Really like the staff. Nice always will to help. Just the noise from the construction work took away from what would a been a very pleasant stay.

The condition of the rooms is not good. I stayed here for 9 days. For the first 8 days I was in room 203 and the water would totally leak out of the shower when I was showering to the point where a large pool of water would form outside of the shower requiring me to put 3-4 towels on the large pool of water and get all of my feet wet in dirty water back into the room. Yuck. There’s also no hot water. It was lukewarm on one day at best and the rest of the days it was cold. I informed the front desk and they said that they didn’t have anymore rooms. Finally on day 9 of my stay I was moved to room 210 where the sink is clogged which is disgusting as one would like to brush their teeth and wash their face etc. The soap dispenser in the shower is also not working in this room. I informed the front desk and they said that they were sorry. However, no concession was offered just an apology for 9 days of discomfort. I did not move to another hotel because I honestly did not have the time due to medical appointments. The property is conveniently located in city center. It’s very easy to get an Uber at anytime of day. Breakfast is not bad, the staff at breakfast is very nice and accommodating. The decor is also nice and the rooms are clean. However, I would not stay here again due to the uncomfortable room conditions and the inability to address issues that arise. Again, the staff is nice and will say they’re sorry but the problem will not be fixed.
