This is our second time here. I love the beach to walk on. I like that they have healthy food options and salad. Fruit is amazing. I don't drink so 🤷 can't help you there but coffee and cap are on point. There is lots to do for all the pool is clean. I love that they have a gym. I would recommend it is a very reasonable price for what you get. If you are picky and expect a 5 star go pay for a 5 star lol this is a great budget trip. Staff is always nice and helpful. I read that a few people have issues with towels I always just bring my own. I have never had an issue here. Very safe. Bring ear plugs if you don't do well with sounds.

Arrived here for 2 weeks Buffet is horrible with no variety AlaCartes very good except Fusion restaurant absolutely horrible. Staff okay but cater to Dominican people first before you. Resort is full of Dominican people who push you at bar, yelling loudly in pool and just take over the place. Oceanfront room is nice but waves and wind very strong and you cannot swim in ocean as red flag is up all the time. Loud thumping music till 2-3 am We go twice a year to different locations and the entertainment not good especially during the day. Staff seemed more excited to spend time sitting and with Dominican people then trying to get pool around the pool to participate in games like most other resorts do. Time to close this place as resort is half empty and now we know why. Pool okay but not most clean. Have been to Dominican and stayed at many resorts and this is worse one so far. Will not come back to this Wyndham resort or another Wyndham as was a waste of money. Take my review and book elsewhere and enjoy your trip.

This was not my first trip to the Dominican Republic, but it will certainly be my last visit to this particular hotel. 11/23-11/30 Arrival and First Impressions: The drive from the airport to the hotel was tolerable, though the roads were a bit questionable. Upon arrival, the hotel immediately appeared run-down. It was clear that maintenance and management were severely lacking. Room Conditions: Our assigned room was disappointing from the start: Small, with a non-functioning TV. General cleanliness was appalling—looking under the bed revealed it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Bed linens were stained, some with paint marks. The mini-fridge had only two bottles of water, despite us being a party of four. After noticing issues, we were moved multiple times due to serious problems: The ceiling in the first room started crumbling onto the floor due to roof damage. The second room had water leaking through the ceiling light—posing safety concerns. Finally, we were moved to a larger room on the second floor. While it had more space, the air conditioning unit was excessively loud. Food and Beverage: The buffet was disappointing, with poor-quality food that lacked flavor. The fresh omelets at breakfast were a saving grace, and the Mexican food was decent. The Italian restaurant was good but privately owned, unaffiliated with the hotel. The bar service was another issue. Simple requests like cranberry juice for a cocktail or bottled water were met with “we don’t have that.” This level of unpreparedness was baffling. To make matters worse, the entire family ended up with food poisoning, further ruining our stay and raising serious concerns about the hygiene standards in the kitchen. Entertainment and Staff: The daily entertainment team was excellent, and their performances were a highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, this was overshadowed by the overall poor condition of the property and its service. Security Concerns: To top it all off, my wife’s expensive perfume was stolen from our room. This raised significant concerns about security and trustworthiness. Final Thoughts: Management should take a hard look at the state of this hotel. From cleanliness to food quality and guest safety, improvements are desperately needed. Until these changes are made, I would strongly advise potential guests to avoid this property. Note to Management: Don’t bother responding. You’re fully aware of the state of your property, and no amount of excuses can change the fact that it’s poorly managed, unsanitary, and unsafe. Focus your energy on fixing the issues instead of drafting hollow replies.

This resort should be shut down. The bathrooms are discusting no hot water, no drainage in the shower. There for seven days had one day of hot water and then the shower does not drain. Toilet ran constantly. One buffet, one bar. Food had no flavour. The meat was completely dried out and would be served the next day with a sauce. Staff not helpful at all knew nothing about their own resort. Constantly bothered by venders on the beach, they do not take no for an answer, they would not leave us alone. Will definitely not be back

Just finished my vacation here with my wife. The first room we stayed in flooded, and we were moved to a second room, which would leak water onto the bed from the ceiling. The service here was basically non existent, where I had to get our coffee for us while we had dinner as their roaming coffee service would forget to get our drinks after they asked us what we wanted. This is definitely not a 4-star resort. Not as advertised at all. I do not recommend this location.
