Beautiful hotel right on the water. Staff were very friendly. Our 1st full day our housekeeper made a point to introduce himself and asked if we needed anything. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Hotel has an amazing private coral reef. Hotel offers scuba diving, snorkeling, and private tours for all the nearby attractions. They made it very easy to book a hike up to Mt Sinai. Excellent buffet. Amazing spa. Highly recommend!

Nice resort with decent amenities. However, it seems to be a little bit old and the furniture could be renovated. The resort is generally clean but not tidy clean, probably due to the lack of renovation including the plates, cups, and silverware.

The staff and service were amazing. Food quality was excellent.
The only issue I faced was that the AC was too loud in the sweet I had. This noise affected my sleep. We had to turn it off from time to time to switch between getting cool air and staying quite for sometimes.
Other than that the hotel, the staff, the amenities, the food and everything else was awesome.
I highly recommend the hotel to anyone, who is looking for a nice vacation in Sharm The l Sheikh.

This hotel had a serious problem with food. The best description of the type of meals was by a friend: Hospital food. Sadly the open buffet was a 3 star category in a supposedly 5 star hotel, very low quality. The hotel is very well located and clean though, with great corals and view of Sharks bay.

Staff had little attitude. Room and beds were uncomfortable and noisy from the swimming pool. Some food items were good but the pasta was bad. Not cooked all the way.

Starting from the very long entrance that you need to keep walking because they never call a golf cart for you. To the fully crowded lobby because only internet works there and it's not reliable and slow.
The infinity pool is just a view and it's so cold no one use it. The indoor pool is only free for one hour and then you have to pay!!!
Ugly restaurant with limited options and cold food. The other 2 good restaurants also you need to pay extra charge to eat well.
The transportation is only to the center and also you have to pay.
From misleading advertising to unprofessional hotel staff and some of them are even rude, you're absolutely wasting almost a 200$ per night just to kepp paying more and at the end it's not the best vacation hotel and value for money is zero.
In breif I'd never recommend it and I'd never go back there again.

I would suggest to have a Menu more oriented to Mediterranean food. The menu that we have was very similar all of the days. You shouldn't charge for natural juices. Te game room is very small for the amount of kids

Amazing rooms and amenities. Breakfast buffet is very nice. Sea view rooms are spectacular. Worth every penny. WiFi is only available at the pool and lobby. Fatima at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming.

The hotel is beautiful and nice. Well looked after and excellent amenities very close to the beach. Hard working staff and friendly. Food was good but the dishes were not hot enough to keep the food hot. That's the only thing I wasn't happy with.

Unfortunately it was ok overall,but when leaving the hotel,one of the staff called the security in the entrance and claimed that we have an unpaid bill that worth 1000 pound(they were trying to steal us) I wish you can invistga the issue with top manegment.

I made a paid reservation 2 months ahead of my arrival but when I came to check-in on April 22nd. I was told they are going to find a room. I request a room with garden (not sea) view but they gave a room by the grass, then when I told them that the fridge was not working, it took them 4 hours to send someone to check it & replaced it. As for the HAlf-Board, the guest can drink juice/coffee/tea/water only in the breakfast buffet but in dinner time the guest has to pay for these 4 items. How low will the so-called 5 stars resort will go. That is shameful, the resort is located by the Red Sea. As for the relations between all levels of employees, it was very noticeable that it was very bad and the lower level of employees were dragging their feet working just to keep their jobs. Treating an Egyptian Solo Traveler was really bad during the chech-in time. I will not go back again to this so-called 5 stars resort and I told family & friends about everything I experienced at this resort.

Our beginning wasn't so great, although we had arranged for the free airport shuttle to pick us, there was no one waiting there for us. It only got sorted out and hour later after four calls to the hotel. Things improved however after we arrived. Our check in was smooth and pleasant and we appreciated the early check in- 9am. Natalia from guest relations was very helpful. Our room was good. It could have been cleaner. We also liked the fact that they changed the bedding everyday. they did not always replace toiletries however. Almost all the guests there were Russian and the stuff spoke more Russian than English. The cuisine was also more inclined to Russian/Ukrainian food. Just be mindful. if you are on half or full board, make sure you understand the drinks policy. We had to pay for all our drinks. We enjoyed the pool facilities and the coral beach. For us, the best thing about our stay was the courtesy and friendliness of the hotel staff.
