Nice hotel in general but First day I had dirty towels!

To my surprise . I had to pay more than the price listed To get the room that I already chose on Expedia and payed in advance it was too stressful They try to extract as much money they can Eating was not fun at all Limited amounts . they serve you so you have to be in line to get your food . no juice You have to pay extra for juice I was really surprised and disappointed

I stayed there for three days. The housekeeper cleaned every day, but paint dust kept falling from the ceiling. No hot water came out, only lukewarm water.

Convenient to industrial area

Great stay. Just wish it was a lot closer to the Alexandria Library that we were interested in seeing. On the flip side, it is an ideal location for commute back to Cairo.

Everything was fine

Great place to stay, staff very professional and attentive to guests needs. Highly recommended

excellent staff we have received with nice smile and every one would like to help, also very quick response to an issue we raised. Large Varity of food on the breakfast meet every individual wish. The rooms are clean with nice smell. Parking was convenient at cost. Did not like the additional cost every time you go out and in again during the stay.

Room was spacious but it was badly ventilated with bad smell. Breakfast was good Close to borog Alarb Airport.

Near Airport Beautiful Hotel

Very nice room. Breakfast buffet is very good. Facility is like an oasis because area outside is a bit remote as there is no shopping and there are a few restaurants. But overall I was only going to be there two days so it was all nice. Would stay again on a short trip.

Room environment/surroundings (4/10): Room with garden view - everything is OK until 4am when hundreds if not thousands of this bird - sparrow start chirping! The noise is horrible and for sure you wake up! Room with pool view - I thought "Finally some sleep!", but no!!! There is a stadium (Hilton Arena) where football games are played almost every day until 1 am. And to add some spice, there is live music at the Splash restaurant from Wednesday to Saturday (as stated from the front desk), but also on Sundays! Don't worry, even with earplugs you will hear the referee whistle and the not tuned restaurant's speaker (if your room is near, windows will be vibrating. The room (7.5/10): Normal room for a 4 star hotel as space and equipment. The shower head and the hand shower needed to be changed in 2 of 3 rooms I stayed in. Most of the hotel towels need to be replaced! (This is Hilton after all) I had in my room a "Welcome" basket with fruits, but with rotten pear and strawberries. Housekeeping (6/10): Like most of the hotels in Egypt - someday they forgot the feet towel, other coffee and water... Everyday is a surprise! If you change your room or extend your stay, don't expect cleaning on the next day Restaurant (6.5/10): Breakfast is good (7/10). Keep in mind the unused napkins are removed and after dinner are placed by the staff with bare hands Dinner(6.5/10) - Don't expect to eat fish or seafood! COVID regulations (2/10): ARE YOU JOKING??? Airport shuttle never arrived!

The hotel is beautiful and has a large outdoor pool in addition to a wonderful indoor heated pool. The food was excellent and the rooms were clean and new.

We spend there just one night … Everything was really nice regarding the room comfort, the bathroom, the breakfast, the indoor pool, the coffee and the staff … The location of the hotel is exeptional as it is located inside a ranch in a very peaceful area … It’s a hotel designed for relaxation & the Spa there is phenomenal … Planning to make another visit with my whole family for sure
