The Bay Hotel Hurghada Marina

Problems with the transfer from airport to hotel. The Hotel didn’t have a car waiting for me, after it was set up. Lucky for me, a passenger I met on plane shared her Uber, remember this is at 4 am. The taxi’s\uber’s at airport are very aggressive. This became an adventure, since the Hotel is only 1.5 miles away. Long story short, 1 hr later was delivered to the Marina, redirected to the Hotel. Even the "outside" adventures taken, the transfer had a problem locating and dropping people off. In future they should change the name or just say "The Bay Hotel" and hopefully they get you there. The service, room and meals were good. Its located to some nice restaruants and stores

The Hotel is very good and it's positioned inside the Marina where there are many restaurants, bars and cafes as wel as sovenier shops. And one of the best walking locations in Hurghada. The only down point is that there is no swimming pool and the beach is quite far away othere than that every thing is perfect

We enjoyed our stay at the Bay Marina Hurghada hotel a lot. The view from the balcony of deluxe room is amazing. The balcony itself is so spacious and we spend mornings enjoying coffee with the sea view and evenings dining and relaxing on the balcony. The room is very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff both at the check in counter and restaurant was very friendly and accommodating. There is a fish market walking distance from the hotel where they cook fresh catch from the red sea. They also have their own, very neat private beach walking distance away. There are many restaurants at the marina, all walking distance from the hotel.

Çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü personel. Her türlü isteğimizde çok yardımcı oldular. Konumu da harika.Kendimizi güvende hissettik.

Très bon emplacement

Nous avons eu un appartement spacieux très bien placé : très grand séjour, deux grandes chambres et deux grandes salles de bains. Un balcon avec une belle vue sur la marina. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait que ce soit pour l’accès via aéroport, que ce soit pour les activités et vous pouvez passer toutes vos soirées à la Marina qui est magique le soir. L’équipe de l’hôtel au top, toujours le sourire, toujours la si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit. Pour nous, le seul point à revoir, la cuisine dans l’appartement, finalement on ne s’en pas servi du tout!

Le personnel est très sympa et attentionné. Mais le service du restaurant est très long, et les repas pas terrible ! Concernant la chambre , la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas mais les techniciens sont passer rapidement la réparer. La vaisselle n’est pas propre. Le seul point positive est le Personnel Nous avons passé quand même un agréable séjour :)

Joli hôtel, avec une équipe hôtelière au TOP. Au niveau de la propreté c’est assez bien. Malheureusement l’hôtel ne possède pas de piscine ni de plage (il faut se rendre au beach club qui est à 15min à pied) , et la rue devant l’hôtel est très bruyante ce qui est dérangeant pour le sommeil. Mise à part ça c’est un bon hôtel à proximité de beaucoup de lieux

Ich bin sehr angenehm überrascht vom Hotel. Das ungeheuer freundliche Personal möchte ich besonders hervorheben. Sie sind bei allem behilflich. Die Lage nahe der Promenade ist zauberhaft, mein Zimmer hatte einen schönen Blick über die Marinaund alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Trotzdem ist es ruhig. Für den Transfer zum Strand und Pool steht ein Service zur Verfügung.

Un poco viejo y roto, muy caliente especialmente por falta la electricidad un rato. Cerca al puerto con muchos restaurantes.

Hébergement non conforme aux photos sur le site. A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis correctement par la réceptionniste, mais quel fût notre déception lors de la découverte de la chambre : une odeur de renfermé, de la poussière, des taches sur le sol et les meubles. Le coin cuisine présentait des traces de gras sur les meubles, pas top quand on veut s’en servir .. le personnel avait pourtant souligné la propreté de l’hébergement.. Chose qui nous a déplu, au moment de nous remettre la carte de la chambre, on nous a exigé un pourboire, très mauvais pour l’image !!

Sichere (24h Bewacht) Hotel Anlage direkt am Hafen gelegen. Freundliches Hilfsbereites Personal.Saubere Komfortable Zimmer. Div. Restaurants, Bars und Shops inkl. Supermarket und Apotheke auf der Anlage. Viele tolle Freizeitangebote. Ideal für Wassersportarten. Schöner Beach Club ebenfalls auf der Anlage gelegen. Bin Alleine gereist (Frau) und würde Wiederkommen.

Das gesamte Personal des Hotels was sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇩🇪-🇪🇬🙋‍♀️

Fazlasıyla memnun kaldığımız bir hotel oldu, çalışanları güleryüzlü ve herkonuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Konumu ve manzarası harikaydı. Oda müsait olduğu için erken giriş yapmamızı sağladılar. Çalışanları çok saygılı. Kahvaltısını beğendik. İnşallah yine gelmek kısmet olur çünkü biz burayı çok sevdik 🙏

Das TBH am Ende der Marina in Hurghada unweit der großen Moschee und des Fischmarkts ist besonders für Besucher geeignet, die auch Interesse am alltäglichen Leben in Ägypten haben. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang und man ist drinnen im wuseligen Treiben der Stadt Das Hotel entspricht sicher nicht den neuesten Standards , ist aber sauber und professionell geführt. Das Personal ausnahmslos freundlich und immer bemüht, jeden erdenklichen Wunsch zu erfüllen. Sollte also etwas nicht funktionieren oder fehlen, es wird sich umgehend darum gekümmert. So jedenfalls war unsere Erfahrung. Der auf den Fotos dargestellte Pool, befindet sich in ca.500m Entfernung in einem Beach Club, den Hotel Gäste kostenlos nutzen können. Gerne wird man auch dorthin chauffiert, aber das ist wirklich unnötig. Ärgerlich ist nur das Verbot eigene Wasserflaschen dorthin mitzunehmen. Das ist wenig nachhaltig und schlecht für die Geldbörse, denn Wasser kostet hier das 10fache des Preises als im Supermarkt in der Stadt. Außerdem befindet sich dort auch der kleine Strandabschnitt, direkt neben dem Hafen. Uns hat der Aufenthalt im TBH sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück kann man sich aus dem reichhaltigen Angebot des Menüs servieren lassen, ein Buffet gibt es nicht. Auch das Dinner lohnt sich hier , denn die Speisen werden frisch und ganz auf die Wünschen der Gäste angepasst, zubereitet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und bedanken uns ganz herzlich beim gesamten Team.
