Lovely place and really well decorated. Loved the room which had a great view. Great to sit and watch the world go by and there was a lovely bar as well.

This is my go to hotel when staying on business in Brighton. Ideally located with an idyllic view of the sea and sunrise. The rooms are perfect and spacious with a hidden gem of a room on Floor 5.

Room was filthy and stank of dampness, I had to leave and stay in another hotel. People taking drugs by reception door felt very unsafe.

Spent 2 nights here whilst visiting daughter in Hove. Pleasant hotel, conveniently situated and overlooking sea front. We had room to the rear overlooking carpark but it was pleasant, quiet and comfortable. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Tried the new Chilli and Mango restaurant (concession?). Service was slow and unresponsive but food when it finally arrived was tasty. It's just opened apparently so hopefully they will become better organised.

This is a nice, comfortable hotel, although we felt our room was a little dated and could do with being renovated. It didn’t affect our stay though. There is parking at the back of the hotel, but it is very tight and not many spaces, but there is a car park across the road. We had a lovely stay and would book again, but a sea view room

Very clean and tidy room. Spacious room and bathroom.
The only downside was that the shower wasnt very powerful and the top pillow was a little lumpy. Overall though, very nice and comfortable
