The place is in need of bathroom refurbishment For the price premier inn is nicer

I was charged for the stay even though I had paid at the time of booking, Was told at reception that hotels.com hadn't paid the hotel! So paid again! One day later the money left my account from the original booking so in essence paid twice, Let the hotel know the next day but was advised they could do nothing about it!! Got in touch with hotels.com & they said the same thing, absolute scam be careful people!!!

For the price it was an ok hotel, however off put by the amount of signs in car park warning of thieves

A very comfortable and peaceful stay at Bosworth Hall with all the excellent facilities to enjoy.

It was ok

it was all very nice.

Were woken at 04:30 by banging from other guests slamming doors and then kept awake by the continous noise. We went to reception where the staff member said, quote "What do you expect me to do about it?" - a phrase which should never be used in customer service. Bed was uncomfortable. Ceilings were too low in the bathroom. I was too tall for the shower and I'm only 5ft 3". Advertised on the website as 2 restaurants and a bar. 1 restaurant (only open on Friday and Saturday evenings) was closed even though we stayed on a Friday evening. The other restaurant had a poor menu and the bar was all taped off. A temporary bar was open where we waited 10 minutes for someone to come behind the bar and serve us. Location was the only nice thing for us but if you don't like small, quiet villages then it's not for you. Will not be staying again.

The weather was cold but the hotel was warm and cosy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Staff help me and my family to our room

Very pleasant stay

Very Poor and such a shame considering how beautiful the building is. Room was in awful condition and was woken at 6am by delivery vans unloading goods and then the gardener leaf blowing right outside the window! No phone in room, door wasn’t air tight/gaps so constant noise heard. Check in also poor with staff interrupting/talking amongst each other whilst serving customers. Maintanence staff and head housekeeping talking and lounging over reception desk, plus work men everywhere. Was approached and asked what room I was in!!!!!! Again such a shame as beautiful building and spa facilities, but desperately needs attention to rooms & staff to meet even standard expectations.

Vrry friendly and helpful staff

A wonderful venue, like a palace. This is a 3 star hotel but on the face of it looks like 4 star. The rooms are decent-sized and have great beds and furniture and are smart. There is a spa with a pool, gym and sauna. All of this is great value. The only downsides are that the dining room can get really busy when coach trippers are there which is presumably often. The area for dining is quite small so the tables and chairs are too close together and the clientele are largely old, overweight couples so there is little room. The other downside is the grumpy male working in reception. But overall very good.

Travelled for work, very impressed.

Outstanding looking place from the outside but room was shabby and running with condensation. Couldn’t get breakfast on any of the three days and staff were unhelpful. Won’t go again

The hotel needs a refurb. Shower is very poor with low flow & lack of headroom. Toilet took ages to refill. Room cold & not very big. Double glazing very narrow gap. Reception poorly trained. Breakfast very disappointing. Coffee undrinkable & pooor quality food.

At chicken three people stood around talking to each other on reception and not reducing the queue. Telephone not working in Room. Light flickering in bathroom. Coffee machine not working in bedroom. Food at bar inedible. Breakfast the worst I have ever eaten - inedible.

Wouldn’t stay again. I was told I couldn’t order food as the restaurant was full, I book hotels that have a gym I can use I was told that I would have to pay £4 for a days pass even though I was only there that evening and would use the gym that night for an hour. If I book a hotel I expect to be able to use their facilities without having further charges added. I needed the internet to complete work I had to do, again I had to pay another £7 to use it from my room.

Reason it is cheap. Bathroom was awful.

Lovely stay warm clean and a nice chill out

Really good stay and excellent food. Room had no views and interior looked a bit dated.
