I can't grumble at the place.
It was £40 for a Saturday night in the city center.
The rooms were clean, had the usual facilities you'd expect and it was quiet.
I'll be more than happy to come again.

When we arrived we found a wet bathroom floor wasn't a major issue as there was a leak which looked like it was from the toilet we did report it other than that we had a decent stay I would recommend this hotel it's in a great location too

Overall an excellent experience. That was my first time staying there. The security guy was excellent, can’t fault him. Just thought the actual member of staff, was a bit unfriendly. Otherwise, i actually recommend to friends and family.

Dated, old and tired hotel. Needs an urgent update or closing down. Defo not worth the money I paid to stay. No onsite parking and the car park near by, well park your car at your own risk .

On expedia the hotel promises free parking - a huge reason we chose the hotel. So we were very disappointed when on arrival we found out that there wasn't even a car park for the hotel, and we had to park in a public car park a short walk away that was very costly.

Underwealming stay, halls were scruffy and tried. Lift seemed very outdated and had stickers over buttons. Peeling bath fllor, drilled filled holes everywhere, chipped bath porcelain, tv miles from the bed and no convinient plugs. Very uncomfortable loud bed. Bouncer on the door in a very rough area of the city

Very dated inside. Felt very safe due to security guards at front of hotel on Saturday night. There was an incident when I arived. Area around hotel was 'rough'.

The hotel is clean and basic so good for the price. Check in was awful, it took half an hour and no apology for the wait.
There is no parking despite it being advertised on here as free parking.

Arrived early but early check in was £15 so we just left the bags with them and went out.
Request for a room with a bath was met, which was wonderful.
Toilet was seperste to bathroom which was strange but both were clean and the bed comfortable.

Dated but clean hotel. In need of a refurbishment. Radiator in room didn't work, plugged heater in but room was still cold. Otherwise quiet, and staff helpful. Parking was off site, not as described, and payable. OK for price paid (Hotels.com kindly refunded our parking cost too)

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel very central and good value for money. Decor a bit dated and hotel needs a bit of a refresh but was clean and staff helpful. Would certainly stay again.

Hotels.com advertised free onsite parking but this is not available.
Had trouble with the wifi but this seems to be the norm with Btittania hotels. It happened in Blackpool and the receptionist admitted its a problem in a lot of their hotels in rooms on high floors.
Room was clean with a nice bath as I'd requested. The bed was a little uncomfortable for us but we both have back problems so it would probably be OK for other people.
