Location Is amazing, couldn’t fault it. Will definitely be back.

Even though it was small it was so affordable and convenient. I loved it here.

This hotel is great if you need a place to overnight when you have a train to catch next morning. It's almost directly opposite King's X, St Pancras station. I wouldn't recommend it for a long-term stay as the room I stayed in was small, as was the bathroom.

Basic hotel with small rooms. No elevator or offer to assist with bags. Shower did not drain well. Ok for a short stay and handy to train stations.

I cannot call this cheap and cheerful because it was actually neither. It cost £175 before some kind of discount so I paid £148. I thought the price included breakfast - it did not though reviews on the website mention a great breakfast there is none. I NEVER EVER book a hotel without breakfast and I do not cope without it, so something must have led me to believe that breakfast was included. The room was very shabby, tired, the bathroom just not up to scratch and I would much rather have stayed at a Premier Inn. I am so disappointed that I have not been able to contact Hotels.com to discuss my booking, post trip, that once my review is posted, I will cancel my account with them and NEVER use them again. I literally selected the hotel purely based on location because of where we travelled to and from and because I currently have some mobility issues and was expecting a budget hotel, not 4 star luxury. But it did fall very short of my expectations and then to have no breakfast! to be fair, the staff were accommodating and helpful about the rucksacks we wanted to leave both before we'd checked in and after we had checked out. In summary, I am truly hacked off with hotels.com and feel I was misled when making the booking but have no way of contacting them or proving this. I was disappointed with the hotel itself which fell below my expectations - which weren't high anyway, and would never in a million years use this hotel again.

Very close to St Pancras. Old hotel in need of make over. We were in room on lower level and very noisy with floor squeaking. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great location convenient to St Pancras Train station and other things to see nice restaurants and pubs nearby. Very helpful staff. It is snug but worked perfect for a couple. Will be staying again soon.

Great place to stay in London, especially for a quick trip and you’re travelling light. Close to Kings Cross and St Pancras, and quick access to many places to eat. Staff were helpful and checkin/checkout was easy. Room and building were clean. Only drawback is the school close by which generates a decent amount of noise but it’s usually for a short while. Glad to have stayed here and will definitely return next time we’re passing through London!

Bedding has a musty smell, perhaps from not drying properly after washing. Realised too late - has ruined my 1 night stay & added to cramped bathroom with 2 steps & old fittings, makes me doubt 'very good' rating.

Clean and basic and great location. Good value

They provided a room with a broken toilet, which they were unable to properly fix. Very concerning, as it is the major function - and the room was more expensive than another hotel with identical room dimensions. Instead of honestly acknowledging the issue and providing amends or a choice of solutions, they told me that the button simply needed to be pressed harder. However, upon arriving and inspecting myself - it seems they didn’t properly fix it. Instead, the toilet ended up nosily gurgling the entire rest of the day. Had they been more proactive with customer service, transparent and taken the concern seriously - this would’ve been a normal and happy stay.

Great location to public transportation. And local coffee shops and restaurant. If you know you will be out all day and just need a place to lay sleep, shower and toilet. It is the place for you.

Staff was very helpful instructing us where the Hop On Hop Off bus was located as well as how to get to Heathrow Airport via the underground station. Very friendly staff. Room was changed from upper level to ground floor after seeing our luggage, a kind gesture since no lift.

Hotel staff were super friendly! Location is ideal especially if you are coming from the St Pancras train station and you are close to kings Criss. Our room was squeaky clean. Great place to stay if you are on a budget.

Close to Kings Cross made London Travel on the Tube very easy. Several good restaurants in the near vicinity. The staff was excellent.
