I really liked the single ipad to control everything, the lighting and overall general concept. Unfortunately, my shower had mold all around the top, the room was much smaller than expected with very little storage with some of the controls being pretty confusing to where I never figured it out (thermostat). I also requested for the room not to be cleaned the night before and they cleaned it anyways. The breakfast was mediocre for the price.

Great use of space. Sufficient storage. Loved the use of tablet to control settings in the room. Will visit again.

Very helpful staff. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Was impressed with all the technology to make the check in and out easy. There was an excellent choice of food for breakfast it catered for everyone.

Great location, helpful staff, good size rooms, very comfortable bed. Both of the large towels provided in the bathroom had stains on them.

Where to even start with this amazing hotel? Me and my partner have always loved Citizen M hotels but wow this particular one is just out of this world. All of the staff there are just so so friendly and welcoming! We stayed for 3 nights and actually wished we could have extended our stay just because of the great vibes there. You can tell the staff all love their jobs and just want to make people happy and that really does make a difference in a hotel. Our TV wasn't working the first night we stayed and by the next morning maintenance had been round and fixed it which was so speedy and we also got complimentary breakfast to make up for this which we thought was a really nice touch. Rooms are gorgeous, we slept so great every night and we love the fact that every room has an iPad to control the lighting (you can make the lights any colour you want!) and control the blinds too. So clean and modern! The room also comes with a little doll on the bed which is very cute and also 4 books and again I just think it's nice touches like this that really makes a hotel experience so great. Food and drink menu is amazing and delicious. You can also fill up glass containers with fresh cold water and take these to your room and this was so nice to do. I've never known any other hotel have this! Location is perfect, we had a lovely city view on the 5th floor and loved that we got the option at check in to pick a high or low floor. We had a great view of the shard! Love this hotel!
