No tap to pay - many inconsistencies with other CitizenM properties - really difficult to use switches in the room (I gave up and used the iPad) - much noisier than other locations, not wonderful.

Hotel is clean and modern but what was disappointing is the management. They rejected three of my parcels which arrived shortly before my stay. Small, nothing extraordinary. They quoted space yet the stockroom was nearly empty. It caused me a lot of hassle including chasing up refunds from suppliers plus I ended up not getting the items I really needed.

Extremely clean and modern. Love the decor in the room and the reception/bar area. Staff were lovely.4G reception v poor. iPad in room useful but bit time consuming. Turned room temperature up and fan down but room still felt cold. Black out blinds were fab. Bed really comfy but pillows not very good (all 4 were the same) so have a stiff next after stay. Breakfast very expensive so didn’t bother but latte very good. Reasonably priced and a great location. Will stay again

The stay was great. Nice room, comfy bed. Would stay here again. Rooms are small but efficient. If you travel heavy - large suitcases - you will have issues. But that’s on you. The hotel is new, quiet, and well situated. The tube and Victoria Station are near by.

I enjoyed my stay at the citizenm. It was clean, quiet, and conveniently close to Victoria Station. There is a lot within a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
My only complaints are minor, if you’re North American, you’ll probably find the rooms small, but that’s the status quo for hotel rooms in London within a reasonable price point for most solo travellers.

Great area to stay in. A lot of the attractions were within walking distance. Very modern rooms. The only con is that the rooms are so small that one person has to crawl over the other person to get into the bed.

Very nice vibe, with an attentive staff. Don't miss the amazing breakfast -- not just classic English, but everything from fresh guacamole and terrific scrambled eggs, to smoked salmon, great croissants, and fresh London bagels. Terrific stay.

Hotel was very modern bright and colourful,
everything you need in the room including hairdryer but no tea or coffee making facilities however these can be purchased at the bar downstairs.
