as per price ,it was ok but the room heating should be better, it was very cold even though the heating was on!

Its a very small lodge and no lift. But ok for a low cost in london.

Very basic for the price. Reception staff friendly.

Staff could not fault it but one shared bathroom with I have no idea how many rooms! I waited for an hour and a half to half a shower in the evening as people were going one after another. The bedroom was clean but basic bed springs on the way out. Bathroom needs some update and refurb. Area in the evening not to be explored for sure.

Perfect location, smart small hotel all you need if on budget and travelling alone. Staff were helpful and helped with cases up stairs

Friendly staff. Comfy and clean rooms. Good choice for a night or two stay. Slightly tricky to find as it is a single door next to the shop next to it.

The place is clean and tidy. They need to put more amenities like tissue paper, hooks, mirror in the room. Paper towel and creamer for coffee in the kitchen. They should also mention that there is no elevator. I was in the 3rd floor with 2 luggages and need to carry all my belongings upstair. Thanks to Mobin who helped carry the luggages to third floor. No helped in the morning as i was leaving the property with 2 luggages to bring down. Need to drag both one by one in the flight of stairs going down. They should take out breakfast coz they dont serve breakfast. Instead just put coffee/tea and add water also as they don't provide water. Overall my stay wasn't bad as it's near to where i want to go. But they should delete breakfast and add no lift or elevator at least coz i was dismayed when i learned i need to carry all my luggages to the 3rd foor.

Single room is on 3rd floor with steep steps not good if you have problems with mobility.kitchen for 4 rooms has no sink so only has bathroom water to fill shared kettle.no hospitality teabags or milk or breakfast for your £80 a night.only good point for me is that the manager is very friendly and helpful.

I’m in room 9 and There is noise coming off and on, not sure it’s coming whenever people use water but it’s quite loud and disturbing. Very disappointed
