I have stayed there three times. Twice with my 80 year old father and once with my teenage son. It is an amazing area, in the middle of all tourist things. Easily walkable to main attractions and close to the subway or over boat The staff are absolutely amazing every time. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

The location couldn’t be any better , just a few minutes from Trafalgar Square and the River

Very comfortable one night stay. Lovely room, excellent breakfast. Very attentive staff. Perfect location for the Theatre’s and general sightseeing

Loved our stay at this hotel!! Very friendly and professional staff! Great location to walk around and see all the sights. Easy access to the tube and the ferry. Very comfortable bed! Small room and bathroom but worked out fine for two people in a standard queen size room. The hotel club room was so nice to have access to tea and coffee all day and the bottled water stations on each floor were also a special touch! I highly recommend the pizza restaurant attached next door. Even the hotel bar/restaurant (Boyd’s Grill) was great and was very happy with our dinner there one evening after being too tired to go out anywhere after a day of sight seeing. Overall great hotel in a great location!

Excellent experience right at the heart of downtown London .. accessible to just about everything and wonderful staff to help. Had breakfast package which was convenient and ate dinner one evening on site at Boyd’s which was decent. Would recommend overall.

Overall lovely stay- would suggest staff explained what floor rooms are on rather than just a room number and show how the lifts work with door key? But would definitely come again
