Quick overnight stay to catch an early train. Close to the train station. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

It's such a great location and for the price we cannot fault it at all. It has everything we needed. Check-in was easy, staff were all friendly and helpful. If you want somewhere with bells and whistles in central London I'm sure you can pay two or even three times as much, but for us needing a base to explore close to the rail and tube stations this was perfect.

Conveniently located to main transport hubs, friendly staff, clean rooms which had everything you needed.

Pretty, clean, great location but the rooms are too small.

The hotel was clean and easily accessible (located in a convenient area for major sights in London). However, the beds were very narrow which meant you had to be careful when sleeping. In addition, there was no elevator, so we were placed in the basement. There was traffic, construction and general noise which was quite loud all through the night. You had to hand in your key each day. However, there was no requirement of proof when you picked up the key (even though there was constantly a different person working).

Fantastic little hotel, super close to St Pancras station so perfect for an early departure to Paris. Room was small but clean and well considered with everything we needed for a short stay.

It was great for us to stay at the Crestfield Hotel. Its only 3 minutes walk from St Pancreas Kings Cross station with so many restaurant and the vibrant night/day life. Room was nice and clean and hosuekeeping was great. We plan to go back with our kids in 2026 and take the quadraple room for a week again.

Very welcoming and friendly staff who made sure you had everything you needed and also very helpful. our room was nice and warm at all times, spotless and well serviced. Beds were very comfortable. We all agreed that we would visit this hotel again. Only five minutes from KingsCross station/St Pancras and underground network.

Late check in and early check out to catch early Eurostar. Great location for that reason. Clean hotel. Room small but perfectly adequate. Bed and pillows not very comfortable - the only negative.

Nice

I was really impressed with the property after a shaky start. Several times i tried to book directly with the hotel and the payment was declined so i had to go via Expedia to make the booking so they lost money with having to pay 3rd party fees. However, it was chosen as we had a very early Eurostar train and it's a very easy 4 min (approx ) walk to the Eurostar checkin and similar to the mainline station of Kings Cross and St Pancras. The room was clean and well designed to maximise space and let light in. It was cold during the night and my husband put his coat over me, but found a blanket in the morning! Staff were reasonably polite but didn't push themselves to be particularly welcoming. We didn't have breakfast there so cannot comment.

Stay was ok. Room was very small. Bathroom was even smaller. We just got off a cruise ship where we thought the rooms wete small. This room was half that size

Easy checking and as the room became available I could get it earlier which was just great after a long flight. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for what I needed. Room is small but adequate for 1 night. Bathroom is tiny but very clean with a nice hot shower.

Excellent location for St Pancras and Kings Cross, quick and easy check in and clean rooms.

Good & convenient overnight stay before travelling on Eurostar. Staff were helpful in taking my suitcase up the narrow stairs.
