The hotel was really clean and well maintained all the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choice

A great Saturday night stay, very convenient for a night out in Harrogate. Fantastic welcome and service from Mae at check in. Would recommend and stay again.

Checkin was excellent, very friendly staff. Asked if we wanted to become a member, which we did and in return received a free glass of wine. Were able to check in early too. Room was clean, lovely large bed and a mirror in front of a desk with plugs - why can’t more hotels do this? Didn’t eat at the hotel in the evening but when we came back to get a drink in the bar were told that they didn’t do cocktails after 11pm?!?! Room was quiet during the night and had a great sleep, however, could hear next door’s phone and them coughing in the morning. Breakfast was definitely a mixed experience - we waited a while for a table but were seated by a friendly member of staff. Only one coffee machine, which meant long queues and then it wasn’t the best coffee. My husband had a full English but when I went up there was nothing left, and the food trays were constantly empty, and took a while to get refilled. Overall, rooms and hotel in general great, convenient location, but food and drinks service in need of improvement.

Very comfortable and clean, no noise as was on a high floor. Staff very friendly including reception and housekeeping and easy check in and fast express check out.

Great Hotel, superb value for money. Brilliant location with a few minutes walking distance of the Town and all it's attractions like Bettys and The Ivy, as well as Valley Gardens. Excellent room with King Bed for £67 a night. Underground parking reasonable at £12 a day and plenty of space. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The hotel is only a 5-10 minute walk from the central restaurants, bars and historical sights. Friendly staff, very clean throughout and convenient underground parking.

Central location, great value for money, good breakfast.

We booked for 2 nights, which was lovely, unfortunately my husband was unwell and we had to leave a day early

Good hotel overall, found the mattress a little hard.

Problem with the water in the morning so we had a cold shower with no power.

Amazing ! Room was ready early, staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was best had for a long time. All staff friendly. Would highly recommend. Location only a short stroll from centre.

The receptionist, who I believe was originally from York, was so lovely and helpful.

Comfortable hotel. We were visiting family and therefore only used room, parking and breakfast. The car park is under the hotel and now has two 7kWh EV chargers BP Pulse which we used. Good value stay near centre of town.

Perfect stay for my partner’s birthday the staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean got an upgrade to a king bed which was great. Views from our window were amazing. From walking into the reception it was beautifully decorated and spotless. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choices. Definitely would go back highly recommend this hotel.
