We stayed in a family room with a king/super king bed and 2 single beds. The room was very spacious and arranged so that the single beds are on one side of the room and the king/superking on another. Each side had its own closet space so adults and children could have their own space. Bathroom had a separate shower and bath. The room was very clean. We had breakfast which was standard breakfast buffet. Staff were all friendly and helpful. There is some parking on site for a fee which was very convenient. We will definitely stay again.

The staff were brilliant throughout our stay and the lady on check in even gave our girls teddy bears. The family room was huge, beds comfy, could hardly hear a sound from outside or neighbouring rooms. Breakfast was great. We will stay again!

Really liked the location . Front desk staff were very nice. Room was small but clean. Very glad that it had tea/ coffee facilities.The reception was very nicely decorated for Christmas .

Man dressed in his pyjamas in the breakfast room......pointed it out to the supervisor who said that "technically it's not right but it's a hotel".......not the response i expected.......i was in there with my partner on her birthday......the guy should never have been allowed in.......if i ever see that again i'll hook him out myself........otherwise love your hotel.....have stayed before and will stay again.

The bed was located in a very small area of the room with one side against a wall which meant one of us had to climb into bed from the other side. The duvet was also too small.

Room was not ready at 3pm. Reception staff were not helpful and did not expedite check in. After we waited an additional 30 minutes after 3pm I had to go back to the staff after 30 minutes to inquire as to whether the room was ready. It was ready and despite the reception staff knowing that we needed to use the room asap as we were needing to change, they did not notify us…despite us sitting in the reception area 20 yards away from the reception desk.
