Everything was fine, although the room could do with sprucing up a little and a bedside lamp didn’t work. The floor above creaked somewhat when the occupants above moved around. Otherwise good value for money.

Perfect no thrills and comfy bed hotel. Slight issue with first room, window would no close so could be opened from both sides of the room. Explained to reception and i was moved to an different room. Staff where great in handling my issue.

Ground floor and the window was broken - security concerns for the day we weren’t in. And it was cold and noisy at night. We stay here a lot and it’s normally fine but this stay was marred by the broken window. No alternative rooms so not the staff’s fault.

WiFi had to be set up by Katie who was really helpful.
Very comfy quiet room good dark curtains.
Unable to turn on hot tap at basin.
Shut the door as the steam from the shower sets off the smoke alarm - but then you cannot see anything in the mirror.
Tv signal constantly on the blink.
