Conveniently located near Cabot circus. The hotel does not have parking, but you can park for £17 at an adjacent council car park. We were disappointed to find the shower drain blocked when we arrived late at night, otherwise the rooms are specious and comfortable.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were really friendly. We parked at the Galleries car park which felt safe and secure. I’d mentioned when booking it was my husbands birthday and the team were great at making him feel special. We had a room upgrade to a top floor family room with great views of the city. They had done a lovely balloon and card for him and kindly left some delicious sweet treats and Prosecco for us! It truly made it feel so special. Thank you!!
I did struggle a little with the constant low hum which I couldn’t work out the source of (maybe fans on the roof?) which did drive me nuts but I’m a light sleeper!

Easy and efficient check in and check out.
The room was large and comfortable. Sink had a large crack in it, so a little attention to maintenance needed.
All in all it worked out as just the right place for an over night stay

The hotel was clean however there was no heating . The room was so cold I walk up with a sore throat .
The TV wasn’t working properly it kept on switching off on its own .
I asked for a double bed however they gave us twin beds .
