Location is decent, average property, outdated bathroom, rusty drain
Cheaper to park in Multistorey which uses the same entrance (cost us £7 while hotel site charges £15 and very congested)
Beds are comfortable, decent space.

Had such a nice overnight stay. Great room, helpful staff, good and reasonably priced food, and very trendy lobby and restaurant and bar areas.
Room at the rear of the hotel was really quiet too, was surprised given the hotel is on a busy road.
The aircon in the room worked really well and could go below 19deg - all quite rare in a hotel I think.
Will go back for sure.

Bathroom was old and shabby with paint peeling off the bathtub. Noisy location by main roads and cleaning staff began early and were very loud in hallways.

We stayed here to visit family, it was ok but our air con did not work and it was hot. The hotel is on a busy road so we couldn’t leave the window open due to noise.
We had an accessible room which was not needed but the only one available. However, the shower was covered in limescale and the directional heads did not work. Additionally the water went under the shower door and flooded the corner of the bathroom.
The bed was comfortable, sheets clean, housekeeping did a good job each day and reception staff were approachable.
Generally, the hotel was fine, I had a discount so didn’t mind the cost, however, I would have been unhappy had I paid full price.
