Room was great, staff were great. The only issue was a strange buzzing noise in the room which continued all night room 205

Excellent staff providing great customer service. Really enjoyed our stay - clean and comfortable room, great dinner and breakfast.

The check in staff were pleasant. Bar staff were rude and not helpful, basically acted as if they didn't want to be there. Booked for 5 of us as a birthday treat, restaurant was closed! even though we had a table. The pool itself and its facilities were dirty, you could write your name in the grime on the glass by the pool the lounge beds were dirty and the steam room smelt bad. Breakfast was good but overall felt very disappointed with the stay.

Very clean and staff is very friendly

Clean and comfortable rooms which was what we wanted for a break during the travel. Room was excessively warm for most portion of our stay due to an ever running heating system which nullifies the air conditioner. There were dinner options and complementary breakfast along with Pool facility which we made use of. Staff were really good and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Check in wasnt the best. We werent offered any information about the hotel, breakfast times etc, staff at check-in were not aware of anything. They kept habing to check everything i asked or keep phoning for information. Breakfast was good, buffet breakfast, hot and cold available. We used the pool, this was nice, though small for the amount of people. Take your own toiletries, there were none available in the changing rooms!

Rooms were very clean and well laid out. Lady on reception was very helpful, We arrived early and were able to leave our bags with reception and get changed in the leisure facilities which was great.

My main issue with the hotel was the in comfortable sofabeds that my kids had to sleep on. These are way below the quality of additional bed that you get in a Premier Inn Family Room, which makes the additional cost of staying at the Hilton not worth the money, in my opinion.

Nice facility

Very nice hotel but issues with service due to low staff levels. Check in slow due to only one desk open (3pm check in busy surprise surprise!) If you insist on earliest check in at 3pm open two desks please Signs say breakfast busy at 9am on weekends. Got there no bacon, sausage or hash browns. Had to wait about 15 mins to restock. One coffee machine broken so everyone using the only one left. You can imagine the queue for that. Had to book a time for a swim as the pool is used by locals on a gym membership ??? Was warned in an email (after booking of course) that there were Xmas parties on at the weekends during December. Saturday night was ok. No disturbance from several functions going on however Sunday night was a different story. The hotel had decided to cater for a much younger crowd which meant the smell of weed being smoked outside the front entrance and lots of noise in the corridors all night. Voices shouting and doors slamming etc. Had to call reception several times to complain between 1.45 and 4.30am One last complaint was that the bar area is cold due to the automatic front doors opening every 2 mins so not many people daring to sit there for long. On a positive note. Staff very helpful and polite. More a case of bad management decisions letting them down. You can choose who you cater for for parties and who uses your facilities. Also how many staff you employ to avoid overstretching them Nice room but perhaps not a great time of year to visit

Lovely hotel staff very helpful , unfortunately they were understaffed so the bar/restaurant and breakfast time was abit unorganised and messy

It was ok! Needed more pillows did ask but didn't have any. Breakfast at boxing day was poor. Nothing was there. I paid for my family and they couldn't have any it was all gone. Beds are hard.

The bedroom was well appointed with lovely Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. There was large soft bath towels, tea making equipment, comfortable bed, TV, and nice lighting. Even though my room overlooked a busy road the room was very quiet I would definitely stay there again.

There were faeces-stained sheets and towels outside the room close to me, which, after reporting to reception, one hour later they were still lying there and there was dirty dishes from last night's room service in the hallway covered in dried food. Disgusting

Lacked toilet brush for hygene and customers should be allowed free car parking.

freezing cold room, advised that heating only came on at 6 pm 3 hours after check in. told that room had a heater in the wardrobe, however it was a tower fan not a heater. an oil heater was brought to the room, however made little difference at all. breakfast choice great, however buffet choice warm not hot

Lovely hotel right next to water world. Staff were great and rooms were very comfortable.

Great hotel, a bit noisy as very busy , looked the pool and wet sauna Could hear the traffic on the road as i was road facing but amazing room and lots of space

Busy hotel but extremely quiet room. Usually you hear the corridor door slam every time someone passes through, or their footsteps on the floor. The room we had was silent! We couldn’t hear people or cars at all. We had the Superior King room and it was so lovely and spacious. The breakfast was great too!
