Staff 24hrs on reception fantastic , very friendly & helpfull . Would have liked a kettle in the room ! And air con heat was not good for me as i have copd , still struggling with my breathing a week later

Staff were great , pillows were not ! You really need proper extractor fans in shower room as the steam condensates on all surfaces & drips off the ceiling ,

The location is great with easy access to everything I needed. It’s just a short walk from the train station, the MK shopping centre, and the Hub with lots of eating places.
The room was nice - very basic but clean with a firm comfy bed and I really appreciated how quiet it was. There was no noise from the street or from within the hotel itself, which made for peaceful nights’ sleep.
Lovely friendly receptionists, including Zaira, who was very competent and professional and breezed through the process to connect my stayover booking. She went out of her way to be helpful and kind which was much appreciated.

Great staff and clean, but no street or free parking, no kettle or coffee in room had to pay for coffee. Heating would turn off itself and would have to continuously keep putting back on and not a single hook in the room or toilet to hang clothes which was very strange. Only two hangers. Suitbale for one or two night stay but missing some essential amenities.

Was very clean but the heating didn’t work so we were freezing all night, I asked reception about fixing it and they said they’d turn it on from their office yet the room was still cold. No hot water either so we couldn’t shower. The bed was comfy but we only had one thin pillow each with no extras and the duvet was so thin we may as well have been sleeping with just a sheet. Perhaps if the heating was working the duvet would’ve sufficed but we were sleeping in our coats. Aside from that everything was well maintained and clean but I wouldn’t recommend it, especially not in the winter when you just want a warm place to crash for the night

The property is ok but the parking is inconvenient and worrying as I had to park on the street with a van with tools in.
The beds are extremely hard and the pillows is very thin so not a comfortable sleep.

Our TV didn’t work. We went to reception staff and they gave us a new remote, but that didn’t work. It would’ve been a good stay if we could’ve had the TV working.

Address is not properly updated took long time to reach. After reaching at the reception no was there almost for 30mins i was waiting, this was not the kind of treatment you expect in any hotels. Also the room size were very small.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean. The Hotel is situated in a good location. The downside was that the hotel doesn't offer parking or have a restaurant/cafe on site. However town is only a 5 minute walk away. I regularly use this hotel as I often visit Milton Keynes.

I totally understand budget hotels however what I dont understand is shower gel / hand wash bottles being filled with water to water down however there was nothing left to water down!!
The ‘bed’ was both hard and lumpy which is quite the achievement on such a flat thin mattress
The shower has significant limescale build up
As I approached the hotel there was a full blown fight at the nearby ymc
Had I paid up to £40 I wouldn’t have reviewed so low however I paid £99 and expected just a little bit more

It was just a poor basic standard hotel, the room was tiny. I was stood at reception 20 minutes waiting to check in I thought the hotel was abandoned as it was like a ghost town.

It is a budget hotel but is very new and clean
the size of the room was the smallest I’ve ever experienced
I paid $200 CAD and thought really
should there only be one bathroom towel!
that’s one towel for all the guests
and what would it cost for the hotel to put a foldable luggage support in the room
I think there was only 10 inches of space between the side of the bed and the wall
this makes stubbing Your toe more probable when trying to navigate Your way in or out of such a tight pathway
the next night I stayed at an Ibis Budget
way larger room

I don’t often stay at budget hotels so I guess I’m super critical of their crazy ideas
