Excellent value. Well equipped and clean room.

Accommodation was good but check in had misinformation. Told that breakfast was from 7 when it’s at 8 at a weekend. So didn’t try breakfast as I didn’t don’t want to wait another hour. The electric charger was a great addition

Very comfortable and clean. Staff were excellent, pleasant and efficient. Accommodation is separate to the hotel so the room was nice and quiet. Meal at the pub was delicious and breakfast in the morning was really generous and cooked beautifully. Would definitely recommend.

Interesting set up with the rooms all in a separate building to the pub. You have to check in at the pub and then go across to your room. But it was clean and the staff in the pub were friendly. Food in the pub was very tasty.

Fantastic housekeeping staff

The housekeeping staff were amazing went above and beyond to accommodate me and my daughter as we booked an extra night but had to move rooms during the day , cannot thank them enough

Unfortunately my booking was cancelled although I phoned the customer care line prior to ensure we still had a booking. The pub had to close the kitchen early due to only having one chef. I had to wait 20 Minutes for my drink order and 35 minutes for food which were just starters and kids meals by which time my children were very restless. My room only had one set of towels despite being a double room and when I asked for more towels I was promised more would arrive but they never did.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Clean, tidy and convenient. Enjoyed our hearty breakfast 👍

Only problem was noise outside in the evening & doors banging.

No loo roll in room-loo roll holder smashed off the wall. Were told there was a night porter, but car alarm in carpark kept going off for HOURS in the early hours of the morning

Good room and excellent meal in the adjacent pub restaurant. Only negative was insufficient heating on an unusually cold night.

Heating did not work so room and bathroom wetre freezing cold. Bed mattress very uncomfortable.

We got there later than we would have liked but check in was simple, staff were friendly enough. We were in the room literally just to sleep, no more than about 9hrs so was okay. The room was not greatly cleaned, dirty socks from previous people under the bed, sink had toothpaste in etc but for how long we were in it, it didn't matter that much to us. Beds very comfortable linen seemed clean

The place is fine, however I was near the front door which slammed every ten minutes or so, the noise and vibrations from the door kept me awake

Beautiful, clean and tidy room, worth the money, local to a asda express and a pub serving food across the way

A very reasonable hotel if staying in Telford. The rooms were clean and the restaurant provides a good selection of different foods and drinks choices.

They sold out of the family room we booked and instead of giving us a double bed they put us in a room with 2 twin beds and told they cant help us because we are staying there three nights and they have other in coming bookings for the following days. There is also no lift and luggage assist trolleys. No mini fridge and no iron. Cleaning only happens upon check out for a 3 day booking.

Food was lovely at pub which we started off with before heading to room. Room lovely, clean, modern!! And everything you need for a break away.

We got locked out of the room every single day we stayed there. The key cards will just not work. There was a day we stayed outside the hotel past midnight before getting access to our room. Apart from the issue with the key cards everything else was great.

Firstly I requested two rooms to be close to each other and did not expect to be on different floors and nowhere near each other !, also when I checked in I was told the payment card had been rejected and I know this not to be true as I made two bookings with Expedia and both bookings made were made with the same payment card and it was not nice to be asked for the payment and told that I was lucky that the rooms were not allocated to someone else as payment made and had not been authorised by using other forms of payment… plus no one from either the Fallow field or Expedia have contacted me to ask for confirmation payment, very bad service and would probably not stop here again due to this issue
