This is is good, clean hotel situated in a nice quiet neighborhood in quick convenient location for access to London Underground, food and shops. Not too far from both central London and Heathrow via the Underground. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time in London.

Booked for a double room but it was so tiny. A functional Shoebox realyl ! Same for the bathroom. Room was fairly clean but the window ledge and surroundings were dirty. Very hot in the room and no way to open the window for ventilation.

Staff were in all ways very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good value for money. The only little downside was the shower which took 5 or so minutes to warm up, and was spraying in random directions (it’s non adjustable so you can’t adjust where the stream goes). This is minor compared to all the positives.
I will book again if I’m in the area.

Small, clean, functional room. A mattress and a pillow weren’t comfortable but the location was excellent. The plug for charging a phone and a bedosidr table by the bed would be useful. Will definitely return.

Stayed here with my family for one night on 2 Jan 25. The room was extremely hot and dirty. We returned home the next evening for my husband to break out in bites from bed bugs. I contacted the hotel who asked me to put it in writing to pass to a manager. It is 7 January now and no one has been in touch. Please please AVOID at all costs and book somewhere else.

The room was boiling hot, so had the window open the whole time I was there. Very noisy, was woken numerous times by different types of noise. The area is great, right close to the underground and plenty of food/drink establishments dotted about. Tea/coffee making facilities were topped up after first day, but not again. Electricity sockets sparse and no bedside lights.

Good location but extremely small.room and bed was the most uncomfortable I had experienced. In a good location, close to tube, but I would not stay again. Hotel had a functioning elevator which was handy.

Great location and facility. I was there this Fall and the room had not heating and shower water was not very hot. I could use more towels and linen. Overall. It was great.
