Fabulous hotel with great bar serving fantastic cocktails and a really amazing restaurant Eksedt at the Yard.
Really friendly staff especially the lovely lady who greeted us at breakfast!

Room not ready at 3pm, poor communication, had to keep getting up and checking. Offered free breakfast in the end which helped make up for it. Room should be ready for 3 pm at latest as that what I pay for. I leave the room when I’m told to if I didn’t I would be charged, so works both ways. If I had been contacted and apologised to and compensated in some way it wouldn’t have been as bad.

Lovely hotel in a busy area but as on a side street nice and quiet.
Nice size room. Comfortable bed. Great facilities. Pillow menu always fun.
Courtyard view was the view of a roof so not quite as expected..
The Elephant bar was a nice space for cocktails and great bar food. The other bar was closed during our visit but no notice given.
Dined at Erksted in the evening where the food was fab. As expected.
Although there was no MD on arrival, and the Somelier was pre occupied unloading wine glasses from boxes through out the evening.
Considering there were only 4 tables being used the front of house seemed a little dis jointed and it let the experience down a little.

Experience was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room and accommodations were modern, clean, and felt luxurious. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The location was right in the middle of everything. Easy walk to all the top attractions and ferry. We’d definitely go back.

Loved this hotel, the location, the speakeasy bar, the delicious breakfast. 5 stars for me despite the tiny room and lack of a full length mirror and a plug in the bathroom for a hairdryer. I had to dry my hair in a compact mirror :(
