Staff were friendly,needs attention,not overly clean,reported a number of issues over 3 expensive rooms to the manager and a week later,still not even a courtesy call. Quite poor for a cost.

This is a lovely hotel. Room was lovely with a Large comfy bed and nice spacious shower room ..a good selection of options for breakfast cereals,pancakes,breads and buns..hot breakfast options aswell. Staff are all very helpful ..the hotel is situated at the south end of the promenade near the pleasure beach …The tram stop is about a 100yrds from the hotel and run every 10mins until late best to get a day ticket at £5 for an adult and can use as much as you like ..the only down side the hotel charge to park your in their car park is £17 per night. We stayed 3 nights so £51 to park is a bit steep. All in all A very nice hotel to stay in..love it. Thanks xx

Room was cleaned, however house keeping did not replaced used cups. The food was excellent however, there was a major queue for breakfast. Maybe introduce times when guests want to eat. This caused further delays waiting for food to be replaced.

Negative family room not much room for 2 adults 2 children.
Evening meals were cold on service and dry ...warmed up food .
Car parking was expensive when charged £353 for 2 nights then then charged for parking
For a company chain of the hilton i expected abit more
I would not book again in the future

Quite loction friendly service stay here on our way back from Aberdeen. Breakfast is normality very good but bacon overcooked and the Sausages inedible looked like they had been thrown in the fryer and overcooked. We stayed 2 nights thought this was a one off but same on the second morning. But great hotel stayed many times.

The management staff was very good and checked us in early, however the maid service was awful, in our 4 night stay the room was hoovered zero times, the bedding was changed zero times, no fresh towels were provided and it was genuinely poor
