Hampton by Hilton London Park Royal

Great stay

My partner and I stayed for one night to spend the weekend in London. The room was just right. Good sized bed and wonderful shower, however one of the shower pumps was not working. Breakfast included was a wonderful bonus. Getting into central is straightforward however it does take a good 30-40 minutes.

Staff (particularly receptionist on arrival) were really friendly. Beds comfy, good location, easy to get to. Lovely breakfast.

Not bad, but not a nice area

A lovely hotel,near the station which is very helpful. The breakfast are amazing loads of choice. We will stay again next time

We had an amazing stay!

Clean comfortable room, very friendly welcoming staff. Breakfast a bit of a scrum at busy times.

Great location to stay as a base, with tube station close by. Carpark on site, £20 a night. Gary in reception was very helpful when we checked out, also giving practical advice about the area.

I have stayed at this hotel before and it's been good. However on this occasion we were given a room with a locked connecting door to the adjacent room. A connecting door has very poor noise insulation. And unfortunately there was a screaming baby throughout the night. Obviously not the baby's fault bit it was like being in the same room due to the connecting door. Around half past midnight we did go to reception to see whether we could change rooms but there was no one on reception. We decided to tough it out but with broken sleep due to the noise. I wouldn't accept a room with a connecting door ever again. Not sure why they gave a person with a baby a room with a connecting door anyway due to the potential of a baby wkimg during the night and crying.

Great hotel and convenient location.

It waa a great place to stay and value for money. It was immaculately clean The cooked breakfast wasn't the best but plenty of other options

Breakfast was exceptional and plentiful to satisfy me. Room was peaceful and comfortable to my liking. Just no microwave.

Beautiful hotel very nice helpful staff

The hotel was of a nice modern design and decor, with a 2 minute walk to the nearest Tube station. The hotel is out of the city with a rather long Tube commute, but it’s ok if you don’t mind the journey and a close proximity to Wembley. The walk to the hotel from the Tube station is undesirable and quite scary when commuting in the evening. The hotel was clean but lacked attention to detail e.g soap and lotion dispensers low in bedrooms. Breakfast provided a good selection but had minutes availability post 10am (30 mins until the end of service). The seating area was chaotic with all tables littered with masses of empty plates, cups, cutlery etc, it was impossible to find a clean table. Staff also unfortunately offered very limited customer service skills and lacked a desire to go above and beyond for customers like we have experienced at many Hampton by Hilton hotels around the county. Overall an average stay.

The hotel itself was amazing and would happy stay in the hotel again however it’s such a shame that the area next to the hotel is so run down and stunk. Definitely not the hotels fault such a shame as breakfast 10 out of 10 and the staff were lovely and everything kept to clean once in the hotel! Thank you Hampton Hilton for a excellent stay.

All in all,was very good and the lady that was the manager at the front desk was very good.

The eating on the day after the football game was horrible and a lot of people were not happy, but all in all was a very good time.
