Had the best nights sleep - Very comforatable beds and pillows. We were torn between the extensive bar menu and the restaurant both read so good! We decided on the restaurant and was not disappointed the décor was amazing let alone the food and service - very enjoyable.

Great rooms but we had booked for 3 adults in one room and the room was only prepared for 2, tried to call reception and the phone didn’t work! However once informed, the staff quickly sorted this out. There are some doors right at the end of the corridor by 3077 which banged all night, other than that, it was a great stay

Lovely hotel and staff. Great location. However it was so busy couldn’t get a cocktail- was really looking forward to it all month 😩 Bath was tiny and the room was very cold -2016. No fridge to store my drinks . No herbal teas in the room . However overall a lovely stay . Would book again but a bigger room . Stayed in 2 bed room

Very tired hotel. Needs a complete face-lift, trading on its reputation.

Fantastic staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Go out of their way to help you. My only thing that would make this better would be to have a choice of mattress as the one in my room is quite firm and I prefer a softer mattress.

I have been to this place 5 times in the last few years. I thought I would have been good this year, or at least better then the previous experiences. As always, the air-conditioning system wasn't working. Every year they keep saying" oh yes we are fixing the issue, and the system will work soon again". This is not true as it's from about 4 years they always give the same excuse. During the night is freezing cold, and you can get sick easy, as I am know, coughing and with flue. Also, the venting system does a noise and during the night is impossible to sleep. This is not fare as I decide to get away for NYE and instead, I just got frustrated and was unable to sleep and rest properly after 1 year of work. I. Sorry to say but will not visit this place again. I will file a complaint as well, as it wasn't fare for me to pay all that amount of money and not getting even one night of sleep. Also they let me pay 15 pounds a day for parking!!!

Lovely hotel with facilities in room and in the general Communal areas as you would expect for a hotel of this branding. Excellent quality and selection of food options for breakfast. I’m gluten free and options were available but had to ask for these which is pretty standard of most hotels. The only thing that let our stay down was our ‘executive room’ looked out onto a roof and pipes, not great when paid more for a ‘better’ room but in the grand scheme of things wasn’t that big of a deal. One lift was also out of action that serviced our room area which meant a long wait as the lift was often full or had a big queue as there were several Christmas parties on the night we stayed. Not clear where to find stairs as this would have been better for us only being on the first floor.

Busy weekend with xmas events! Was very busy, bog hotel, clean & rooms were good. The breakfast was excellent choice. Great area to attend concerts & events as nice local area. Lift were slow & not working properly so had to use staircase which was annoying. No other place to get water & long que for the bar. Also using the pool area you cant check out prior which wasnt communicated. Lack of communication & guess busy weekend.

The car park was so full had to drive around for ages to find a space. Check in was efficient and speedy. Room was standard. However the bar and restaurant were very poorly staffed resulting in very long queues. For drinks. Queues to get into restaurant for breakfast was lengthy then had to queue ages for coffee machines and again for food. Not what we would expiration a quality hotel.

Hotel location and rooms were perfect. Check in was so slow, and arranging parking a pain. Took ages to get a receipt - not the best service form check in desk really. Otherwise, all ok.

Stay was generally great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Facilities were good. One bad point was the fire alarm went off two or three times late at night and disturbed my sleep. There was no explanation given for this.
