The Location was excellent . Pub's , eateries very close with Different varieties . Canal nearby . ICC and Sealife 5 minutes walk away . Bullring shopping centre 18 minutes walk .
The Hotel was very Good . Clean and the Staff were very friendly and friendly . They have a restaurant and Bar facilities with a Room service . ( cost £7.50 ) . There's a Multi carpark next-door

Hotel was reasonably good. Friendly welcome, hotel clean, only complaint was that the Queen room we stayed in was an accessible room for disabled, which in itself isn’t a problem but the shower drain was smelly. Food at the hotel bit pricey in the evening for what it was but breakfast very good.

The hotel was clean and the rooms although small, had everything we needed. The only issue we had with the rooms were the pillows. Not enough support even though they looked the part. Breakfast was very nice and set us up for the day and was reasonably priced too. All in all, we'd give this hotel a thumbs up. It was well located for the centre of Birmingham and although it has parking, we booked a space at the car park next door, in the VIP section, and we're very pleased.

Hotel amenities and location great. However rooms could do with updating and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in for many years. It seemed to be on legs with wheels. Not sure if all the rooms are like this but honestly I’ve never slept so badly. Due to the bed I wouldn’t stay again which is a shame as the other parts of the hotel were great.

Excellent location, good sized and clean rooms. Cannot fault a single member of staff I spoke with. My sole (very minor) issue is that there was no lamp or light by the desk. Huge variety of breakfast options. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
