1. When at first time came to the room, the glass window already cracked. 2. Days 2, started on 4.30 until 07.00 AM, there was no water in bathroom. 3 times calling no responses. I have to go down to reception to complained. So I suggested to give the other room just to shower. They give in the other tower room.

An old but nice hotel. Recommended for family vacation. Very close to edgware underground station.
