Staff really kind and friendly, nice relaxing environment.

The room was tidy and the bed comfortable. The room carpet had stains on it. The bathroom led light was stobing and couldn't be fixed for my stay. Generally fine other than that. Restaurant had limited food choice and had run out of various foods.

Unreal stay staff are all really friendly, would 100% recommend. If your going for the football I would recommend booking if you drive as It is quite a distance from the city centre but apart from that I do not have a bad word to say!

It was friendly, had all we needed and for a hotel, the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too, we would return.

The check-in process was nice and easy. Booked this hotel based on the online description and pictures online. However, I was very disappointed with the quality of room(106) I was in. The bathroom didn’t have a hand towel, the sink was cracked, sink tap was loose and shaky, the shower area had some sort of pipe sticking out which I saw after I accidentally hit it whilst taking shower. The tv remote didn’t have a back cover and the batteries were dead. I like to read a book before I go to bed but couldn’t do that as none of the two side/ reading lights were out of order and one of the bed side panel had a massive crack on it. I know these things can be reported to the reception but it’s not fair on a customers part to pay the advertised price and then waste time reporting issues. Also, I had a bad back which is why I requested for a room on the lowest floor possible when I checked in. This was a business trip and I had to drive back to Glasgow the next morning. Very disappointed with the standard of the room I was given. I expect someone from the hotel management to contact me so I can discuss some sort of refund/compensation as the standard of the room wasn’t worth what I was charged.

First walk into the room looking good check out the bathroom there was mold all around the room not good as me family r asthmatic all staff but one person was good like to say to one who was amazing to us and my kid need a pay rise

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very close to bus links to Liverpool City Centre and the motorway network. Breakfast was a good choice of hot and cold food and unlimited coffee. Room was a good size and comfortable. A very good stay overall.

Staff are hard working and very helpful. Could have done with better dining options for the prices we paid for dinner; we felt we paid resturant prices for Anfield stadium quality food.

Fantastic hotel and the staff were amazing.

On the whole it was a pleasant stay , beds were comfy , room was warm , breakfast was good , the cold water tap wasn’t working, which we went and told them , when we arrived but it wasn’t fixed , they did bring up some cans of water for us! We would stay there again !
