Hotel Indigo MANCHESTER - VICTORIA STATION, an IHG Hotel

Such a shame as hotel nice but room like a fridge! Issue with air con which was not addressed having had to chase staff on several occasions. Whole stay was cold and uncomfortable. On check out receptionist acknowledged issue, confirming others had same problem, seemed concerned that the staff did not follow up and assured us that we would receive contact/email from hotel but nothing!

No remote in the room for the TV. QR code to scan to control tv with phone did not work. Eventually given a remote by a handyman passing the door. Heating system not the easiest to work out. Waited ages for full breakfast. Only 2 cooking on a very busy morning. Thick dust on the industrial light fittings over the continental breakfast area. Ugly and unhygienic

Our stay was lovely Hotel staff were helpful friendly. Very clean. Breakfast was lovely and filling.The only thing my husband left his phone charger plugged in on the side of bed nearest the door

Overall an excellent stay, however check in was slow and our room wasn't ready for us. We were given a voucher for a drink in the bar while we waited for around 25mins. Room was amazing and very clean. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice although the buffet was very slow to be restocked. We would definitely stay again though.

Great hotel in a fab location, very central. Spotless and clean. The only problem we had was that the heating was faulty, we reported the problem and they were quick to give us a portable heater but it wasn’t very powerful so didn’t really heat the room.

Had to move rooms as bathroom smelled of drains, with smell coming into bedroom. Good staff moved us to another room which was fine. (Some mould around base of shower, bathroom mirror looking shabby from steam damage). Credit to the really good female member of staff who helped move us to the new room. Bed was comfy and room quiet enough. Breakfast was awful. Very limited buffet. Both plates of cooked breakfast took over 25 minutes to arrive and inexplicably were cold. Cold eggs, sausage, bacon Luke warm at best. My wife’s poached eggs were also not hot. How can it take 25 minutes to serve cooked ld “hot breakfasts”. Very disappointing. So a very mixed stay!

Hotel beautiful cosy comfortable beds breakfast great when we eventually got it waited to be seated took 15 minutes so may need more staff on at breakfast But overall great location ideal for train station shopping 🛍️ all close to hotel

A great location near to train station, AO arena and shopping centre. Nice size room and shower room. Staff friendly.

Rooms are great stayed in the rotunda area this time and still great rooms! Staff were polite. Breakfast was available on new year's day for an extra hour for those with sore heads!

Modern feel and great decor and comfortable room. Shame about the tram noise late night and early morning but that’s why its location is so central. Check in was a bit clunky and they need to work out check out for leaving bags! But the staff are very welcoming. Coffee shop inside was great and lovely staff. Bar toilets could be cleaner. Was very disappointed with breakfast. Especially as it’s cooked on site. Got two incorrect orders and when finally arrived both were cold. Service was shambolic at breakfast so glad I didn’t eat there at night.

The hotel was fantastic, staff were lovely, our room was so comfortable everything you need is addressed, fridge, iron, comfortable bed, easy chair spotlessly clean. Food is amazing! Would highly recommended The Indigo Victoria great location for public transport the 02 Arena and shopping if its a hotel you want look no further!

What a brilliant hotel from begining to end of stay. Lovely staff lovely rooms food very good. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definetly come again. Only one very minor thing. Bed lovely and comfy. But very high stuggled to get on and off.

It is convenient for the AO Arena, restaurants and shops.

We use this hotel if going to shows at the AO Arena as it is only next door. The hotel is also close to many bars and restaurants as well as the Arndale centre. Given that is is next door to the rail station as well as the bus station, you have alll the options in greeting there.

The hotel situation was ideal for the AO arena. It was full and staff were stretched especially in the restraunt.

Excellent location to Arena and Victoria station. Spacious, well appointed rooms. Reception and bar staff very helpful and efficient. Would return to this Hotel
