Nice little hotel, great location for euston and kings cross, nice decor, quiet rooms, good price for London

Nice newly renovated hotel 5 min walk to Kings cross station. No lift access but reasonably sized rooms which were very neat and clean.

Convenient location for transport links, very quiet room at the back of the hotel. We could leave bags when arrived early and after check out. Modern decor and very clean. Would stay again.

The stay was great as always and staying in the basement room was much more spacious than other rooms I’ve stayed in. The only one issue is the silly positioning of the shower. The head and stand need mounting on a different wall other wise the water goes out towards the main door.

Good for overnight stay before catching the Eurostar. Very comfortable.

Easily accessible to and from St. Pancras International station.. just 5 minute away. Twin room is small, and walls are a little thin, but it was clean and the staff were first rate! Perfect for access to early morning train!

The hotel itself is very nice, but the walls are so thin that the room above us had a shower at 1am and woke us up, and every 12 seconds a train from the underground goes pass so if you like it quite to get to sleep then room C02 is definitely not one to have. Such a shame as the hotel is very well presented

Good price for a family room, close to Kings Cross which was fab to get around the city. Friendly reception staff, crisp clean white bedding, lots of bath sheets/towels… great place to put your head down for the night, will be back, thank you.

Very comfortable and clean room. Staff were friendly, a very enjoyable stay.

Sounds proof isn’t great. Lots of noise in the morning with people slamming the doors especially when we were staying at the B floor

Great room in the hotel basement adequate for a late arrival/ early departure. Better than anticipated.

Stayed here a few times before the renovation. Definitely like the upgrades in colour and decor. Bathroom is pretty large considering. There used to be breakfast option but not anymore. But would still prefer to stay here

Property very close to major train stations. Walkable to shopping and the theatre district. Walls a bit thin. I could hear the people in the next room sneeze. lol. I had a small issue with housekeeping knocking on my door while sleeping a number of times in the duration of an hour. I mentioned it to the desk and it didn’t happen again. Would stay again.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk to St Pancras and King’s Cross stations. The hotel is very quaint, if you do not like stairs, look for other choices. Stairs are narrow and creaky. Rooms are small but comfortable. They have a great heater. Bathroom is the best feature of the room, super clean! The sink… well let’s just say it’s very small so be careful while washing your hands or brushing your teeth. No key cards, only a physical key that you must leave at the desk every time you go out. Even though there's construction going on at the moment right across from the hotel, noise level is not too bad. Mattress is not very comfortable as it is a spring mattress but if you’re tired, you’ll barely notice. There’s a tea kettle, instant coffee/tea, hair dryer, toiletries, and a safe in the room. I thought the price was a bit high to be honest, but it was the best option at the time of booking.
