Friendly and helpful staff

Basic but clean hotel. Great value. Staff were helpful and attentive. Convenient location to Sheffield city centre. Supermarkets just a couple of minutes walk, whilst you're in the city centre within 5 minutes.

Room was cramped for a family of 3 room but you get what you pay for , but did what we needed it to do , it was very clean , had tv and nice size shower. Went for food down stairs and the pizza was amazing the satff were polite , helpful and friendly . Down side is the parking is quite a bit away if youve got alot of luggage and maybe disabled. However you do get discount on the parking for 24 hours we paid £10 for the parking .

Great check-in very polite . Sadly that’s where it ended , room like a sauna , socket didn’t work , floor not very clean ( must be saving money on cleaners) ketchup on door handles . Best thing here was check-in and check-out

I stayed for a weekend and the place was fine for my needs - the cafe was good and staff friendly. The room was basic but clean and had everything I needed and wasn't noisy. The area outside is a bit rough but the hotel was fine and felt secure.

A good budget hotel. Clean and comfortable, a short walk into town so all in all it was fine.

Stayed in Room 307 which was a decent size. Room layout is a bit bizarre as there is no space against the wall for the sleeper to get in and out without climbing over the one who is nearest the telly! Parked at Moor Market Eyre street car park to get special £9 day parking deal. Stayed 2 nights and often stay here

Clean, decent rooms

Large room (307) but bed layout wasn’t using the room space so well, better if the bed was opposite to the TV (not sideways!)

I recently stayed at this hotel , and I must say, it was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. The alarm system kept sounding off in an incessant rotation, making it impossible to get any sleep. It felt like I was in a horror movie, with the alarms blaring at random intervals. To make matters worse, the hotel seemed severely understaffed. I tried to reach out for assistance multiple times, but there was no one available to help. It was incredibly inconvenient and added to the overall stress of my stay. I understand that things can go wrong, but the lack of support and urgency from the staff made the situation even more unbearable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Save yourself the headache and find a place that values its guests and their comfort.

The rooms are quite small. Ok for one person, but it would be tight for two.

It was ok. Poor breakfast, room was tiny.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I felt like I was sinking intk the mattress. The pillows were too big and gave me neck pains. The thermostat would not change and was stuck on 20 degrees. The rolm was too hot and couldn’t get a good sleep.

Staff is helpful but space is extremely limited.

The room is very basic but adequate, the windows dont open so the room is uncomfortably stuffy, the buffet breakfast is continental with stale sausages and scrambled egg, this hotel is exactly what it says on the tin a 'budget' hotel, it serves its purpose and nothing more.

The room was very good for the price. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and clean.

Easy check in/out, triple glazed windows so no noise, windows are sealed, so no fresh air (only issue) also no air con. But hey, for the cost, excellent value.
