Stayed here overnight before I flew back to Belfast. Ideal for the railway station and the airport - ten minutes walk from both. The hotel itself is very comfortable, the breakfast buffet is very good and the staff here are really friendly and helpful.

I stayed at the hotel with 2 colleagues as we were exhibiting at the NEC. The hotel check-in was a dream, very friendly staff who absolutely made you feel welcome. The room was spotless and had everything you needed, I loved the over the bed side table, so useful. The bar staff were friendly and the food was excellent, tasty and very good value for money. The breakfast had everything you could want. The wifi was good throughout the hotel. The only thing I couldn't get to work was the air con, my room was very warm, but I was too tired to really investigate it so I opened the window. There was some road noise (I was in room 104) but it really wasn't that bad and you could not hear the aeroplanes at night. A very enjoyable stay.

When checking in, a new person was being trained so that might have affected my experience. I was given my key but no other information about food options or breakfast or how to get to my room so had to ask. When I went to my initial room, the door opened and it was clearly someone else's room as their bags etc were there. This concerned me as a security risk. I went back and was given another key and a weak apology. The room was small but comfortable and clean and I slept well. In the morning, I wanted to ask reception how to walk to the airport but noone was around so managed to figure it out though got a bit lost. Overall, the room was fine for an overnight but customer service could be better.

Basic hotel, that has small rooms - however it's great for the price,clean and spot in for the NEC. Wifi was good, food pretty basic. It's a reliable budget hotel - would use again for business trips

I stayed 2 nights The bed was very comfortable which is important to me. The food on Sunday night really was poor though. The dirty chips had been reheated and were one big lump 😐 My drink was reasonably priced for a hotel. Breakfast on Tuesday morning was reasonable I couldn’t find any water or juice to drink though. Staff were lovely I would stay again but I would t eat there

I stayed at the hotel as I was attending an evening event at the NEC/ BP Pulse arena. My room was very nice, the hotel was clean and the staff were very pleasant. Whilst the hotel was a short 10 minute walk from the station/ station entrance to NEC, it was a bit out of the way as I needed to walk through an industrial area. I felt a little uncertain when walking back to the hotel on my own later in the evening (21.30 ish) when all the industrial units were closed.

We had an early morning flight so this hotel served a purpose but cleaning of the room needs to be improved (inside of the bathroom door had marks on it and the bathroom smelt a bit unsavoury), the hair dryer didn’t work and the room was near to a busy road so the noise from the traffic all night wasn’t ideal.

Great over night stay before a flight. Bare in mind this is not directly at the airport you need to get the shuttle then walk . Luckily we did a bag drop the day before otherwise it would have been tiresome. Staff so friendly.and helpful. If you have an early flight you only get limited breakfast as hot food isn’t served before 8am . We travelled Jan 25 and the walk was Baltic.

Great position for going to see a concert. There was a fault with a sensor alarm in our room and it went off twice whilst we stayed for 1 night. A very rude member of staff pushed her way into our room to presumably check we werent up to anything we shouldn't be (which we werent !). An apology for the 2 interruptions would have been nice.
