The hotel is quite old and needs a good refurbish, but the worst thing was the noise, it was impossible to sleep. There was a continuous noise throughout the night which sounded like a motor and a group of guys stayed shouting and laughing until way beyond 4 am.

Parking was tight but cheap. Late checkout and breakfast was great! Our room although clean was very dated and old which made it look dirty and disgusting. Handy location for walking to the centre. Also one of the more reasonably priced places we could find. Noisy pigeons on windowsill outside!

Brilliant two nights for my birthday.
When we booked into the hotel they had upgraded us because it was my birthday. The room was massive like an apartment it could sleep up to seven people.
Can’t fault them at all.

Hotel Ibis was in a good location , about ten minutes walk from the Shambles, plenty of bars and restaurants around the hotel , jorvik Spice, and Indian restaurant and takeaway across the road from hotel was amazing, try it you won't be disappointed, hotel could do with a makeover , beds and rooms were clean
