The property has just been redecorated. The room was clean, comfy and well equipped. The 2 guys on the desk were lovely, friendly and helpful. My car was safe. Everything about my stay was perfect. Incredible value for money. I was working in central Manchester, which was 30 minute walk. I couldn’t have asked for more from my stay. I would definitely recommend this place, and I’d stay again.

Room dirty. Bed dirty. Radiator dirty and broken. Blind dirty and broken. Bed springs in back and woke up sore and itching. Carpets dirty. Window lock broken. Litter and tampax on verge outside window. Bathroom dirty. Sink blocked. Reption door broken and not locked with no staff manning the door over night

The smell of the room knocks you back. The guy on the front desk tried to take 40 quid off my son to put the bags in the storeroom for an hour.

Shown the entrance (steel door) by an alcoholic, greeted by two bouncers / reception men. Room smelt, creepy crawleys in bathroom. Had booked for two nights - ended up staying the first night as was late and everywhere else was full. Left first thing next morning - threw key in drop off box, no staff around. Looked like brothels / halfway houses you see on tv!!!

Awful. Had no hot water for first two days and staff were very unhelpful in resolving this. General unprofessionalism of staff. Room was not very clean, shower drain was blocked indicating it had not been cleaned for some time. Issues with keycard not working randomly, unable to sleep due to loud banging heard throughout the hotel every night. Complete disregard from staff and guests for privacy, safety and security. Would not recommend

It was alright i guess. There was a dead spider on the wall. A twix wrapper on the floor when i got in. The door to the bathroom wouldnt shut at all and it was near to impossible to get the lock on the door to work. Was alright for one night but i wouldnt stay for longer

SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR FROM STAFF! The receptionist kept asking very personal questions that were none of his business, and sounded really creepy. There was a worker there no idea who he was who OPENED MY DOOR WITHOUT KNOCKING to ask me when im checking out, baring in mind its literally 9am and check out is at 10:30. Why did he need to ask that?
The room was dirty, the shower had no door, to exit the hotel its confusing, you get no privacy, and to top it all off you have to sign something as you walk in about a possible £200 fine.
This is the WORST hotel ive ever stayed at, with creepy staff who will walk in on you and go into your business.

Terrible telly didnt work at all internet eas poor in the room which had no window. I could hear the whole conversation if the person on the phone next door. And apart from the guy who checked me in the staffnos arrogant and rude. This is not a proper hotel. The bathroom had mould everywhere even on the showerbhead just disgusting.

Pretty much as expected, bit rough around the edges but clean and comfortable. Walls thin so heard noise from adjoining rooms but noise settled down before I went to sleep. Staff very friendly and welcoming and parking easy and very reasonable.

Converted old pub, you could see that they have tried their best in places, Very clean room, nice bed, could not get in to the property as the reception was not manned had to wait for someone to let us in.
Paint on the carpets not a good look. vending machine not working, and the carpark was vey bad and not clear what o do or where to park. needs attention, the look of the building was not a pleasant site broken windows and shattered door. this place needs work on the outside.

The room was what you pay for. Nothing special but nothing unbearable. Staff was lovely. Would go again, as it’s so cheap . Not the cleanest but bed was freshly done and that’s all I needed for the weekend
