Wonderful location, staff couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Wonderful English breakfast and dinner at the restaurant also Wonderful. Couldn't recommend this place higly enough.

This was a really impromptu trip and honestly this guest house might be the best one we’ve stayed in in Keswick. The lady that runs the place is so so lovely and friendly. She couldn’t do enough for us!! Nevermind the fact that the beds are so comfy. Definitely recommend!!

Very enjoyable stay at the hotel.Clean and tidy although decor is quite tired.

Only stayed overnight but the executive room was spacious with a comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was very good too. We managed to park our car but there's only 5 or six spaces. We'd happily return here next time we are visiting family in Keswick.

The hotel was very central. The car park is very small and difficult to get into so we ended up in a nearby long stay which was fine. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable enough. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was really nice.

This Hotel is in a lovely spot on the edge of the town centre, in a great position to be able to walk around and explore. It’s in walking distance of the lake & has 6 parking spaces in a tight area around the back.
The hotel its self is pleasant and we had a refurbished room with views beyond to the hills but the noise from the road was quite loud even on the top floor.
The breakfast is nice and they are happy to change items on the cooked one.

Restaurant was not open that evening. Parking was more difficult than expected, had to park in a street some distance away. Helpful staff and comfortable room. Convenient location for walking to shops.

Lovely room. Jetted barh didnt work. 4 cars and the car park dull, luckily receptionist showed us where we coukd park. (Might be problem in summer). Included breakfast excellent.

Very quick check in and out.
Friendly staff, breakfast service was alexcellent and a great choice of dishes.
Room was not large but perfectly adequate for our stay. Very comfortable and clean.
Very convenient for Keswick town centre with it’s large choice of restaurants/pubs
