We stayed for 2 nights in August for the Taylor Swift Eras tour. We had a double room which was cosy, the beds were comfortable. Beds were made on a morning with fresh towels. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always said Hello. Hotel is in a good location too. We would definitely stay again. Thank you

Got parking at front as arrived early. Rooms was very good, got free uograde, comfortable beds, great bathroom and very friendly service. Amazing value. Defo recommend

Very friendly staff, easy check in, location, exactly right, free parking a big bonus, bed very comfortable. I recommend!
BUT, pillow for bed awful, one inch thick, soft and I have neck problems, choice of pillow,(soft, hard, memory foam) should be an option.
Biggest complaint, breakfast, I only have a full English on holiday.
But the last 2 hotels, I have visited only offer a VEGETARIAN breakfast, getting silly now, I travelled with a vegetarian & even she found this daft. I go on holiday to get away from the norms of life. Not be dictated too!

The property was very run down and didn’t match the pictures as they were probably taken from when the hotel was new. The room felt very dirty with stains everywhere. Didn’t sleep well as the window couldn’t close, so you could hear everything going on outside. Also had a single room and the bed was wedged from wall to wall and being tall I did just fit but hit my head on the wall during the night.

Property was suitable for a stay, room was warm when the electric heater was on, shower was a good pressure but hot water didn't last long some mornings, 1-2 mins then cold, enough for a quick shower but less than ideal.

Ok hotel I check in to most of my hotels at 1am earliest so a 10am check out is a bit early for me but asked for 11am check out and they obliged - room ok for few hours sleep - usually mention shower but cleaner knocked in my door at 10.15am so didn't get chance to check it out and had long drive back to Manchester- for london reasonable price but don't expect luxuries

Nice enough budget hotel. Small room was cosy if a bit stuffy. Clean and accommodating. Golders Green tube is nearby giving access to all of London.
I can’t think of much to complain about. The room layout is a bit labyrinthine I suppose.

The room had black mold around the window, the bathroom was passable, bed was comfortable. There was a heavy smell of dampness in the corridor and room.
