Great hotel on the docks. Exec rooms are spacious, comfortable with decent amenities

Just an overnight stay -booked a standard room, wasn’t expecting a disabled room. It was ok

Head board very tired and should be replaced. Apart from that all was ok.

The leonardo hotel is lovely the staff are very welcoming greeted us with a smile. Also gave us information about what to do when parking and where the car park was. check in was so quick and easy. The staff on reception and the bar area were lovely and chatty and very pleasant and professional. Our room was lovely the bed was very comfortable and our room was very clean and very spacious had everything we needed. We also booked breakfast for the morning the staff was very helpful and professional can’t wait to stay again will be definitely recommending to friends and family thank you for making us feel so welcome

Rooms clean and tidy big comfy beds and close to the shops

Lovely hotel in the middle of the docks, easy access to dining ect. Nice walk to Liverpool One and the city centre. Will definitely be going back.

Lovely room with a superb view.Very comfortable bed. Extremely clean room and hotel. Fluffy big towels and gowns. Friendly staff. Handy location for walking to centre, so close to pretty Albert Docks. Good security checked if we were staying when we came back to hotel late. Close to car park. Great stay great location

The lobby, bar, and breakfast area were clean and well maintained, the hallways, rooms, and especially the room bathrooms were filthy. The paint above the bathtub/shower was peeling and moments away from falling off as you showered. The calk in the bathroom was covered in black mold. Every corner of the bathroom had dirt in it. There was feces and/or blood on the wall just over the toilet tissue. There was visible trash (discarded sugar packets, discarded water bottles, etc.) on the hallway floors. The same in the elevators, where you could also find discarded food. This was not cleaned up from the time that we saw it the evening prior to the following morning. The carpet in the hallways was thread bare in many places and dirty. Be aware that this hotel is just across from the M&S Bank Event center and when there is an event going on the hotel bar fills up with event goers. This makes it incredibly difficult for travelers to get food. The hotel staff that we encountered put forth little to no effort. They did their job begrudgingly and at the expense of any customer service. Would not recommend this hotel.

Great hotel & location, bar food staff friendly & helpful. But the check in staff are always verging on rude, it’s a shame as the hotel is excellent in every other aspect, the two that were on the front desk were definitely not happy in there work. Stayed there 5 times now & it seems a common occurrence. Would not stop me going back though as like the hotel & location

Lovely hotel..fantastic bar staff.. Negatives we left sign on door asking for room to be cleaned but on return sign was turned over and a note was left to say we hadn't asked for room to be cleaned but could get service by phoning reception....obviously cleaning staff couldnt be bothered and on second day at breakfast we were told that the delivery of eggs had not come so no fried eggs were available but there was a continuous supply of scrambled eggs whilst we were sitting in the breakfast room?

Great hotel in a great location, staff were extremely helpful. We didn’t stay for breakfast but dining area looked great. Iron, hairdryer etc in the room along with coffee facilities. Right opposite the M & S arena and right next door to a fab Punjabi restaurant. 2 min walk to Albert Dock and nearby shops
