I’ve stayed at Leonardo MK for 8 years and unfortunately this may have been my last stay. We were put in Room 1028, the bed was like sleeping on a sack of rocks, all we could hear all evening was the motors for the lifts, we didn’t even get our platinum member perks. Just disappointed all round.

Overall had a good stay.Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly,however one member of the bar staff on Saturday evening made us feel unwelcome and was very miserable. Maybe having a bad day but not pleasant.

The hotel was lovely and clean. The receptionist was very attentive and knowledgeable. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of choice available.Good location to explore the area with lots of restaurants near by.The Only downside was no parking at the hotel, you had to park across the road on a pay and display.
