Fabulous hotel in the right place, close to the city centre and train station.

The room was very nice and clean. The only disadvantage was the water pressure from the shower was weak and there wasn’t a fridge in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed for one night and the hotel was super convenient. The reception area is sleek and modern, the room was decent sized, and had everything you would need. Overall had a very good short stay here.

Great location and the reception, bar and restaurant area were very well presented and looked really updated.
Warm welcome with lots of information given at check in, unfortunately went down hill from there. Sheets although clean were stained, there was dust on various parts of the ceiling and the bathroom extractor fan was on all the time and no way of turning it off and second key card wasn’t programmed correctly.
You should also be aware that if you get a room on the road side as we did you can hear every bit of traffic as the windows are not glazed to prevent it from getting noisy.

Hotel staff were friendly enough. Room was clean and beds were comfy.
Shower was nice and hot and powerful.
We didn’t have enough towels or tea brags and requested more. They were delivered to our room. Sadly just as we were checking out.

Only criticism I have is that the mat in the foyer was not entirely flat and secured to the floor. I tripped over it and fell flat in the foyer ! Hope you have CCTV of the incident as it would be hilarious to an impartial observer 😂
