Good hotel, however they said steam room would be open but it remained closed for our whole stay, which was one of reasons we booked it so that was disappointing.

After our previous hotel this one is immaculate. Loved it

Staff were friendly and the room was very nice. In particular the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good with a decent range of options

Very close to a 5 star experience. As a business traveler it was great. The hotel was clean, high end design, small but well atended bar, staff was pleasant and very helpful. A bit of a walk to the tube but it’s a nice walk with pretty sights and very clean streets. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel facilities and room, great staff and delicious food.

Twin room for a long weekend. The room was spacious and clean. It was very quiet you would not have known anyone else was in the building. Jacuzzi was good after it finally warmed up. Staff could have been clearer with instructions and what was available. There was no reception for calls, wifi connection was poor. We had food delivered and staff were unhelpful, but otherwise they were generally friendly.

Canary Wharf is great. This hotel rates fluctuates but it is definitely one of the nicer hotels in the area.

Overall enjoyed my stay, friendly and helpful staff. Parking available, though pricey. Have to mention the shower which was fabulous 👌 and noteworthy.

We stayed here for the bank holiday weekend and the hotel was lovely, the rooms were a decent size and very clean, the hotel staff were all so friendly with a special mention Aalyan who upgraded our room on arrival as we were early and our room wasn’t ready yet! The area the hotel was in was also lovely and very clean, with lots to do in the area but also good transport links into the centre.

Lovely area of London - not too congested and plenty to do in the day and at night. Being on/near the waterfront made it feel like a holiday destination without going abroad.

The room was nice and modern. The check in process was however terrible, and we were made to wait ages until we can check in. And when we finally could go down to the spa area, we were told that the pool was closed for 45 minutes. And the changing room was old and broken.

Great location, we had a twin room which was spacious, beds were very comfy, quiet, room was well equipped. Staff were polite and knowledgeable about things to do. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area

The location, close to Canary Wharf, offered great public transport connections and a safe, beautiful environment. We were particularly impressed with the outstanding service provided by your staff. A special mention goes to Alyaan, who graciously assisted us with an early check-in and a late check-out, accommodating our unusual flight times. This level of attention to our needs made our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Additionally, we would like to commend Vinod, our bartender, for his exemplary service and hospitality. The drinks he prepared were superb, and our conversations with him were memorable. Vinod’s dedication to his craft and warm demeanor truly enhanced our experience. Overall, we highly recommend Lincoln Plaza London for its exceptional staff, beautiful location, and affordability. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.
